Kewjosh. They had about Net Cash £15m 2019. It’s shot up to £38m probably because they took £15m from the £200 Lending Facility from Ares. (£185m left). Sure buy the Company for £39m (If you can get the majority of Shareholders to Sell them your Shares) if you have £39m ? Then you have to Service the Debt / which is a bit more than £200m.

Ian. See RNS TUE 20 AUG. UnAudited Half Year Highlights. H1 Record a Loss of £22.8m before Tax. Legal Cost was £12.5m from memory ? And there was a £12m or so Writedown Cost et Impairment Goodwill at Home Credit / although I do not fully understand that one.

Can’t be long either way. I’ll stick to the 20th.

I predict Results be out tomorrow. They will be good. Record Results even ... but dampened £20million by the Legal Cost of Takeover and Writedown.

What they did not say is they will massively Overspend and run up Debts whilst failing to Prove up what Resource they do have. Maybe they know more than the Market ?

It’s a bit misleading to say they Borrowed money they couldn’t afford to pay back because the Lenders would not lend it if the Investment case was outside their Criteria ? Although strictly that is True in the End for any failed Company.

Either way this BOD hoodwink the PI. That’s their ultimate goal. This creates Selling Opportunities for the Big Boys. Because while you are putting the money in. They are de Risking and taking their money out. Only they know where the a True Risk and Value is.

They’re all good deals on paper. It’s Turning that Paper into Profit that dictates SP Value. The previous Lenders were certainly happy to cut their losses.
The SP is where it is / because the BOD Drilled in search of the Upside when they’d got nothing Proven.
The Directors have not delivered Value to Shareholders.

The Annual Results will be good if you strip out the PFG Bid Cost / but you can’t so ... All that cash could have gone to a Stronger Balance Sheet and to Shareholders. Instead it went to Lawyers. Pencil in WED for Results / allowing 3 days to Trade upon Viewing.
