Have I3 paid any up front non Recoverable money or has I3 got control here ?

The EDL Division info is not accurate. Without double checking / EDL now have 73 Branches (Not 40) and approx 55000 Accounts ? (Not 37000). Home Credit has been quite Static but had driven up Profit per Customer 2019 by driving Lower Impairments using a tighter Scorecard.
Re the Director purchases. At 12p it goes without saying they are Massively under water.
Not a Lot of Shares in Free Float. Alchemy at 29% took over Invesco and Woodford Shares at 40p / who between them at the time owned 50% of NSF / hence they led the charge to take over PFG / as they also held 50% in PFG or thereabouts. Alchemy know the business and we’re Investors previous and they took the Investment Decision to buy 29% of NSF last Summer at 40p.
Since that time Neil Utley formerly of Hastings Direct has built an individual Stake to 7% which I find very unusual and cannot explain that one ? Usually Individual Investors want to keep under 3% and thus Stay undeclared/ under the Radar.
Total Sales Rev for 2019 should have increased to £180-£185m as per Guidance. Most of that a Growth coming from EDL which went from 40 to 73 Branches during last 2 years.

This BOD spent a lot of money over a long period of time and delivered unlimited amounts of Uncertainty in Return. Salesmen.

Recent RNS states “Mid May”. No more specific than that.

Told everyone my opinion on this BOD. They absolutely use PI at every turn. You cannot trust them. They just try and create opportunities for the MM’s until good conditions may Return. And even then / they still hoodwink people in with their Sales pitch.

You can now buy in the Thousands. Watch it come back down now they know what’s what.

Problem is, they should have been producing Oil in 2018. And with No Oil in 2019 this SP hit £1.20 ?? I mean .... Wow. Look at it now. Many got hooked into this one. While you are putting your money in. They are taking there’s out. Yet !! The BOD have clearly backed the Project !!
