With Respect Tony / I think 5% sitting on a loss here is absolute bs. Take a look at RNS from 2017 and look into how much cash they put into the Licence and the FDP and Serenity discovery. Not one drop of Oil has come from that (Yet) and so No Payback.
So I think a lot more than 5% sitting on a loss.

Home Credit is 0% of the Business because for the last 3 yrs it has not been turned out a Profit. Check Fundamentals 2019 2018 and remove Home Credit and the Bottom line goes up.

Commission actually drives the Agent not to Over commit. The difference with Uber and Pimlico as you say is that those Workers wanted Emp Status. The Agents who left PFG clearly do not want Emp Status. The Customers value the intimate relationship. Without it we can go back to the Service levels that Banks offer. Press Option 1 for ... Press Option 2 for ... That’s not what they want. PFG have failed to make a Profit from HC in each of the 3yrs of changing the modal.

Just to Clarify “Even the MM’s won’t let this go” That can be misinterpreted. Poor Description from me. What I meant was the MM won’t let the SP drive down to a low of 8p. Under normal circumstances I think they would like that as more Trades makes them cash. No. I am beginning to think we are all aligned and even the MM. Or I could be wrong.

Of course I am Qualified Tony. I have a brain, a heart and courage. Wizard of Oz. I am not saying this goes to 8p. Quite the contrary. It’s all going to happen Q2 and we will all know a lot more by the End of it. This probably will rise by close of Trading if I am right about the MM’s awaiting each morning for the RNS.

Under normal circumstances I’d expect a 20% fall to 8p given the New Ceiling formed in such a Short space of time. Even the MM’s won’t let this go.. but as always I may be completely wrong.

I mean ... SP fall ? We are at 10p. I check my Buy History and I was in at 6p less than 28 days ago I think ? It’s the Algorithm working after No RNS on the morning of the days Trading IMO. When RNS lands it’s a 20% rise as the MM’s are light on Shares - As Evidenced by me yday. There was nothing there !! For the PI. Reduced to 25000 / I took that - and then 15000 !! This was real / The Algorithm is the other end. RNS will see a 20% gain. This is what I predict and I am usually good on behaviour / whether that be humans or SP interference in normal behaviour.
This is why going to TSX was master stroke. It negates the U.K. MM’s games.

rbrand. It is my understanding that it can only go to Ombudsman if the Complainant has first contacted the Company to Complain and then allow a Timelapse of 60 days ? I could find out the exact day timelapse. Yes PFG are charged a Fee for the joy of the Customer Forwarding their Complaint to the Ombudsman and so it is in PFG interest to resolve in the first instance. If the Customer goes strains to Ombudsman it is my understanding they would be turned away and advised to go through the process with PFG.
Personally I see this Situation as a Positive. The industry needs to press reset button and establish a methodology so that Zero Irresponsible Lending Claims occur.

The Business Modal is being abused IMO by Free money seekers. If a Customer circumstances change / then they Never Charge any extra Interest. All the Risk is therefore taken on by PFG. This is not a Wonga situation whereby they add Default Charges on immediately causing more detriment. PFG take the Risk. You can understand why they would Offer a SOA and say take it or we Exit.
Illegal lending 2017 ENG and WALES £600m !! PFG do not add Interest should the Customer situation change or they just decide not to pay back to Terms set out. It’s a simple Modal now being abused.

Tony. You want to go back to original RNS History back to 2017 and see how much Investment (Cash raised) has gone into i3 to get it to here right now. Multiples of this MCap. I looked back and helped me gain a better prospective of the undervaluation we currently believe to be so.

The Agents that left PFG 2017 did so because they did not want Emp Status. They had opportunity to Stay but decided to leave to take up a position with S/E modal elsewhere. As far as I am aware they conduct business of their own choosing and that includes time allocation. I mean ; some of them were at PFG >20yrs and when Emp opportunity came / they left..

Tony I believe the Noel Well is borderline Clearwater / but my understanding is that Clearwater is in British Co,Umbria and we are predominantly to the east in Alberta.
