FCA Investigating PFG CCD and specifically FEB 2020-Feb 2021. Obvs related to Pandemic to which I think Lockdown came in last wk of March. I distinctly remember it and my own last working day was MON I think. I could pinpoint it to confirm if required.
Well I don’t know what PFG were doing but I can tell you NSF in HC Stopped All Lending - And the key reason for this was that Customers would not have a genuine borrowing need. Lending to Current Customers did re Start back end of May / Early June ? and New Customer Bookings not until Early to Mid June ?
Yes in that time they were building a Remote Lending process but the Customer during the Pandemic had to have a specific and Essential Borrowing Need ie : Loans for Holiday’s were not permitted as these were not seen as Essential. A Washing machine was Essential for Example. I am of the understanding that Loans were limited to Max £500 as again / any more would not be Essential and that money wasted potentially by the Customer. I also think Re financing was Stopped to further protect the Customer / and therefore only Additional Credit was issued for a time to meet the need / cost of a particular Consumer Product ie : A lot of Tablets were being purchased.
Loans were also limited to Shorter Term Borrowing as again / Longer Term Products can give rise to ability to Borrow more cash and therefore Customer re deliver that surplus back into HH Cashflow.
Honestly ; They went out of their way to ensure Lending was responsible.
Re PFG - I don’t know. I do know PFG have Longer Term Products up to 110wk / where as NSF have Max 52wk and more commonly Shorter than that.
It would be interesting to find out if PFG were continuing to Refinance and on Longer Terms.

Everyday Loans is NSF main area of Business. Won 5 Star awards recently. Loans are £1k to £15k.

The Pension funds and Investment Banks are having to switch away from association with Oil for fear of their Customers withdrawing their Financial Support and thus they (Green minded Consumers) will sleep well at night knowing that their conscience is Satisfied. That’s fine. They can pay for the Revolution.
I suggest their (Green minded consumers) anti Oil association is mis guided. They love Oil really. They use it every day. Without it they would scream Arghhhhh !!! THEY DON’T WANT TO PROFIT FROM IT (Hence Investment Institutions and Pension Funds reduce their Exposure - and Stop Funding Exploration). That’s fine. Crack on.
This is what’s happening. A Gap in the Market.

For equivalent to our Market Cap that would buy you about 28 Wind Turbines which would power just 16000 homes a year (Assuming it was windy). The Gearbox within each wind Turbine would require minimum 60 gallons of Oil and this would have to be changed every 36 Months. Have no fear / the Reduction in Gasoline burning in cars / can help re deliver to the Wind Turbine. Le Viola.
Europe have the lowest Oil Resource security of the developed World - Just 12% of World Resource left. Quelle surprise re the Paris Climate accord. Germany have next to no oil. We need to preserve Oil. And preserve easy Oil.

BP / Shell need to Gleam Profit from Oil to fund the development and implementation of Clean Energy. They are still Exploring - Why ? Find the Answer this Question.

Tony I am with you re my concern of Oil surplus and that is why I poured over different scenarios re my Oil price prediction (Which is only for 2 years / bit I am constantly Reviewing this). My findings on Solar power are alarming - Warming up the Globe more than burning Oil !! Solar is no slam dunk. Rest assured if my findings change as time goes on / I will share accordingly.
The Point re BP and Shell Investment is - Into Clean Energy / Is that they need a High Oil Price to gleam the Profit and also supported by a lack of Exploration Capex - Which they are still Exploring !! What does that tell you ?? No ones Benefits from a $50 POO and esp in this 5/10/15yr Transition period.

Also we are not Hedged. I’m sure Doc can clear any hedging Questions up. Many Oil Companies are unable to take advantage of these higher Oil Prices. Given our Production and Product Mix it makes sense to me to ride the Wave to highest % possible unhedged. By Definition if you are Hedging / Someone is Winning - Someone is loosing. In Graham / I have no doubt in his ability to generate Value out of a situation. Clever man.

Tony “Only being brought Online Q2”. Are you kidding me ? The “Only” is not a fair representation IMO. The BOD have only been here 2 mins and we have a New Well (Not included in previous Guidance) coming Online in Q2. I think that is “Quick”.
I think the BOD need to bring on 2to3 Wells a Year to maintain 9000 boepd ? I Maybe wrong about this.

PaulD. As Tony says the Noel Well will come Online in Q2. 500 boepd. Whilst it will not be 100% Oil / Majid has said we do need to increase our actual Oil Production. This Well was not accounted for in the original Acreage and Guidance.
I also point towards the Options available in JAN RNS for 14000 boepd. Whether or not you factor in Serenity into this equation ? I am suggesting the goal is to achieve this from Canada. Whether that be acquisition or existing Acreage or combination.
Also - As per the Video / those in Production will focus on “Preserving” Oil in the ground and not go all out to purely Focus on Production Volume. The Focus is on getting maximum for your Buck and re delivering that to FCF.
I3 are in a unique position and the metrics are compelling here given the purchases price of the Assets. Never to be Repeated in our Lifetime !!
The Video shows the Average Oil Company can pay off its debt and buy all its Shares back 5-7yrs.
I suggest I3 is in a better place than that average.
This assumes the 9.5p SP stays the same (Which it will not).
All dependant on POO $60-$70 (Everyone knows my opinion on this. My $64 low was tested earlier this Month nevertheless - but Planes are still on the Ground).
I Expect World Exploration to fall off a Cliff as Evidenced by the Video and it is what I have been saying to my mate Tony for Months now.
Never in our Lifetime will this Investment Opportunity come again. All IMO.

It’s all Relevant. Because the Long Term directly Effects and compounds the Short Term. We are already seeing People taking Positions. We are seeing Oil Price dominate. Opportunities. It is critical.
As the Video says - From Exploration to Development to First Oil takes 4-6yrs. Investment Banks are removing themselves from committing to these High Risk Low Public Supporting Projects. This gives OPEC confidence to control / limit supply / influence a Higher Oil Price (The lack of Exploration and tied Investment will deliver lower supply).
I3E have multiple low Cost Wells they can bring online quickly.
U.K. are 99% Self Sufficient re Oil. Tain and Serenity could be Online by 2022/2023 whilst existing Fields continue to deplete.
This could be a Yahtzee moment. Could be..

Don’t get me started on Wind. Nuclear ? Hydro £££. Hydrogen is the future. That doesn’t fill the Gap between now and 2050. In 1950 there was 2.5B humans on the planet. Today Circa 7.5B. 46% of World Population live on less than $3.5 a day !! Think.
The Wealthy will reduce their Carbon Footprint and say they are doing their bit (At multiples of the Poor) / whilst Oil will be delivered (People in Poverty have No Access to Oil) in greater Volume to the 46% increasing their Living Standard.
When you turn the kettle on and there is nothing there / people will scream. Disorder will occur. We are so High Maintenance as a Species it is unbelievable. The Importance of Energy Security and it’s Reliability will rise as the Alternatives are less so (Reliable). We do need to reduce our Carbon Footprint and Oil will play it's part. But as far as importance is concerned - It is irreplaceable. And therefore will become even more important to the human species and therefore needs to be preserved. In time it will command a Premium price.
You buy a 100ml bottle of perfume for $100. A Barrel of Oil is $65. Go Figure. The change in How we Value a Barrel of Oil is limitless. And that’s on the Upside.

Take Oil away. Ok. Replace it with Solar. Easy. Put Solar where the Sun shines the most. Ok. Fill the Sahara Desert yes ? No. Why not ? Because the desert is there for a reason. The sand effectively reflects the Sunlight. Fill the desert with Solar ; the panels absorb the heat and convert 5-20% to Energy ? The rest heats up the desert increasing humidity. Plants start appearing and then it starts raining / followed by the beginnings of a Rainforest. This upsets the Natural World weather airflow and models have shown Earth Temperature increases minimum 2.5 to 5 degrees.
You soon realise / the problem is not Oil. Oil is the provider. We need to Stop burning it in Transport and preserve it. The combustion Engine is completely wasteful of a unique resource and cannot sustain 7.5B humans desire to travel and dominate the planet.

Looks like this Doc is the real thing. Maybe he is just a good guy (with a v good brain). Like a few of us are on here. Thank you Doc from FastFood - who predicted way back that Oil WTI would recover to hit $60 in March and it arrived in Feb. I believe Oil will be the Vehicle used by the World Order to achieve a Financial rebalance.

Tony. They have to Drill Tain early Q1 as Fish are spawning soon after / otherwise they would have to wait until SEP / OCT. It doesn’t definitively say that in Environmental paper but reading between the lines / Dependant on FID Q2 2021 of course...
No guarantee the Project will go ahead and lots of pump on here recently makes me suspect.
