Tony. The Figure Majid Quoted was 20% minimum. You can Tally that with the intended Pay out. If it turns out that the Amount Quoted does not equate to 20% FCF / then I think we can all say we have been misled.
Therefore I expect the maiden Dividend to be Higher than Quoted and by that time we will be 12p. It is a Good Point that Doorstep makes for sure.

Fundamentally / The Significance is the Transition to the Ability to redistribute Cash to Shareholders going forward. It’s a major milestone for a Company with MCap £75m. But Doorstep / I get where you are coming from and cannot ultimately be discounted / as you say / but I don’t think so. 90/10 in favour of if being Circa 20%.

Read the RNS. I don’t think Majid would state “Meets our intention to Pay out at least 20% of FCF”, and the £1m or so Stated being around 30% or whatever ? That would be deceiving. I think the BOD have / are moving away from that scenario.
The RNS was just a Taster and I expect the Divi will actually come out a little Higher and also a “Special One” thrown in if Growth continues.

Tony / If it drops below $64…(Which it will do from time to time - However Short) then this should be a Short Negative Spike. If $64 or Greater occurs more than 50% of any given Month then it is ok in my Book to recognise $64 as being that of finding a level of Support. You know this anyway so Stop Playing at it. I gave Guidance Ages ago / against the Grain on this BB of $64 to $72. You know this.

Listen up. The RNS reading between the lines re Dividend is designed to re affirm where FCF is !!! And I wish to add... Less Significance should be paid to the Dividend yield (Although it looks ok to me) and More Significance should be paid (IMO) to i3 actually being in Pole Position to now be able Pay a Dividend - Furthermore be aware / The ability to pay a Dividend will ultimately mean that they could and will throw some “Special” one’s in - Aside from the Quarterly scheduled Divi.

The U.K. will not allow itself to import more Oil in the near term to meet its own Energy needs / when it has it on Tap in North Sea. The U.K. Balance of Payments cannot Budget for such an occurrence.
I am hoping that Serenity makes Tain more efficient and that existing fields depletion Rates of 10/15% (Widely recognised in North Sea), together with a spike in recovery Post Pandemic forecast 2022-2025 will see the Project Green Light. “IF” it goes ahead First Oil may be put back a year to 2023 ?

If you check the RNS reduced Holdings / They are all reducing to almost Exactly same Voting Rights.

Tony. We need Serenity for the specific Reason that if we don’t get a Result there to develop then that’s £50-£70m of the old i3 down the toilet. Personally I hope to “Re Activate” some of that old Investment into the Current SP as at the mo it is clearly not Factored in or at the very least Factored in to a small %. Rest assured if Serenity lay dormant due to Tain FID Negative then our SP will drop. We don’t want Serenity to be a Write off. For me the only reason why BOD got the cash to buy Canada Assets was because they know Serenity is still in play. If Serenity gets developed we wont see less than 20p here. So help me God.

Anyway. We light a Candle in the hope that Spectacular News arrives re Serenity and Tain. We need it !!
