The New merger of these 2 heavyweights brings firepower to the table and they will be looking for Tier 1 assets imho in the next 12 months. We have always known that Chad has the potential to deliver multiple tier 1's there. remember Vincent saying that Ghana Lithium is our short term then closely followed by our Gold assets in Chad and Ivory Coast. bargain basement here at the moment but standby your beds for an Explosive 2019. Gold is on a run at $1288 an ounce...aimho

For Assore to stump up over £3 million in this market and increase their holding they must like what they see and also for Vincent to Stump up another £1 million plus, and convince his family and friends to invest then also they must like what they see and hear.

Agree Mike and I have met Vincent on a few occasions now, and he has so much invested in Ironridge. He works tirelessly and was not well the last time he was here a few weeks ago. If any other CEO on Aim had put in more than a Million pounds of their own money to fund the projects we would all be shouting about it. But no he gets a bashing for not delivering quick enough. He and his team are building a world class Resources and on many fronts and IRR is not a one trick pony. Ghana is massive and getting bigger by the day and that's what they needed the money for to push along the projects. Chad is and will be the absolute monster we all think it is. Assore don't pump in an extra 3+ million on nothing. AIMHO

Yes mike, don’t be surprised to see regular updates as Vincent and Len want to expodite the drilling program in Ghana. Have a look at the IRR website with the update. It’s getting to be a very big resource.

Not sure Mike but I do know that VM was holding talks at 1-2-1 with HNW individuals. I do know that VM said the funding will allow them to progress the projects at full speed. I will continue to hold and accumulate as ever and I have researched IRR so much over the past 3 years and have confidence in the BOD and the projects. Something or some entity could come out of left field and suprise us. AIMHO

Mike if they are new investors and I think they are, then as long as the 3% hasn't been broken then we wont know who they are. I think they would have bought after a briefing from VM and cant see the usual AIM dump from traders.

Afree Calum and I think or hope they would have been sold to someone or some company that takes a longer view in the interests of our Lithium/ Gold Projects across Africa.

The sale was off market so they were bought by someone that we don't know about. that is my understanding of off Market.

I can see and hope to have updates on all our Jurisdictions before the end of the year. As Vincent said a couple of weeks ago we are full steam ahead.

Great Interview and agree we are building a monster in Ghana and Chad. Tier 1 assets and I have always said if you build it they will come, and by that I mean the Majors. Deals are being done for future supply and wouldn't be surprised to hear that the majors are talking or looking at us. Aimho
