Atlantic, is not at the top of priorities for Elevra as we know. Atlantic hold all the cards and in my opinion this will be negotiated as a well structured way out for Elevra. Long state will soon be on fumes of shares left. This has been done as before by LS by not tanking the SP. Once they are gone, I foresee news flow will happen. Possibly MIIF investment( not before Elevra situation complete). Atlantic have many suitors knocking at the door, but it’s got to be the right deal. We want this, the BOD want this and so do the Ghanaian people. It will get resolved.

The Majority leader and his MPs want this passed and he stated that the royalties are not reduced but now on a sliding scale. They will vote on it and because the government want this they will pass it.

They are negotiating a change to the royalties based on current Spod prices. Saying basically when the deal was done the price of spod was considerably higher and project economics were a lot stronger.
