Does today's RNS mean that CREDIT SUISSE have sold shares and it is 'not reportable' because they have gone below 5%. Ta & G/L.

I am under the impression that you have to hold the stock at 'close of play' the day before Ex-Div in order to qualify for the dividend. I.E if you had STAN before today's open you have the Div. G/L
