Thanks very much. Would I be correct in thinking that shareholders will be offered shares at a 40-45% market discount on 28/08. The issue price being determined by the average SP for the preceding 5 days and with an entitlement that is related (somehow) to the shareholders existing holding. Also if the shareholder has shares with a broker (e.g. Hargreaves) then the broker will contact the shareholder? Or have i totally mis-read the documents and should stick to milking chickens. Ta GL.
