Milab.. BMN did not make nor have plans to make batteries .. they had an electrolyte plant commissioned by the same people and to the same processes as who supply IES .. they might well have been one of the suppliers !

And it makes sense., If you were selling down you would not want to tell the market or the MMs would just drop the price like a stone to hoover up cheap shares.

Believ what you want ... facts may be whatever, but what happens in practice is no TR1 until after the sale schedule is complete (same with a buy schedule)

Why shocked .. it is not up to any company to comment on investor actions and nor does any TR1 need to be posted until after the action is completed. If the seller said 'dump 50m shares over 3 months' that is what the broker does and no reporting takes place until completion

This basic understanding is rather lacking

ATM has good cash piles, a negative FCF (covered by the cash in hand for a year-ish) and no immediate financial concern. there is nothing to 'comment on' that is market material

Every Uk share Index is negative so far today .. there is a palpable gloom (pose Robber-Reeves cash grab). Business is going to get harder and that just leads to capital flight

Which ignores 3 things

- money is flowing ouit of AIM in general as people are de-risking and the CG implication of Robber-Reeves starts to bite

- There is no Lithium deal to re-rate (yet)

- Commodity prices are not exactly on the rise

If Ukraine & Gaza stops ... some general economic stimulus and economies start to really grow then it all changes. Until then...

Explanation .. PMSL... it was clear after the IM that this looked utterly terminal ... in the end, you cannot run a loss-maker indefinitely and it has run out of market time.

I had a holding some years ago that suspended. It came back just long enough to sell, but at a small loss... nothing to the losses I made here.

My suspicion is it is all about expected falls in property value in general in REIT's as they underpin the balance sheets on what are often fairly leveraged setups.

Hard to see the bottom here ... but starting to think an SP starting with 5 is a possibility ... but the dividend yield might just support it a bit and everything looks long term solid review wise, but larger II and Fund investors really look at the balance sheets far more than the confirmed cash flows I feel

I see another short was opened .. 1.31% now (highest rate in 2 years) ... clearly there are those expecting more decline

The US has put in place tighter restrictions that largely now prevent Russian Vanadium being filtered in.. so US supply is getting more constrained. Net result will be prises rise and given a little over half of sales are highher end US based, I am guessing that is the reason for the uptick.

But frankly, prises need to rise 30%+ to get to around the AI Cost break even point ....

Nothing has really changed.. and all the talk of a massive fund raise misses that essential point.
