Charting does not work in low volume manipulated markets like AIM. A very long time respected poster keeps getting a touch of egg of the face for various tea-leaf readings none of which has remotely been right. This is not to say on the main market, with more volume it would not have some merit to the lazy investor looking wide and far.

Personally, I read the tea-leaves after visiting Mystic Meg and they said - battery storage that does not catch fire is the way to go ... so here I am

Thinking a little outside the box, I wonder if is because Vanadium is being stockpiled more for Electrolyte production and not directly sold. You would only really do that if you were pretty sure of the business and that would rather give a pre-empt.

Succinct @LionelGreen ... abd while the portfolio of shorts has merit (and probably true), the first part about expecting many aim companies to be early, full of hot air and needed fund raises is largely true I fear.... and almost certainly a reason many a Bolly-Swiller just does naff all homework .. why would you when they have so far to go and there are so many.... Large profits in 3-5+ years don't buy porches this year.

But perhaps.. just perhaps... enough are just starting to see:

1. A large cash reserve and large working capital facility
2. Large and increasing revenue's
3. Increasing profits
4. No debt
5. A model that will naturally work and hedge against Vanadium volatility

I wonder .. is the penny starting to drop ?

In 3 years or so's time we will be producing at least 8,400 tonnes of Vanadium against a low cost base and an ever increasing steel market requirement (let alone VFRB). If Vanadium ranges between $30-$40/kg, then NET profits circa $100M+ beckon ... maybe that level of cash generation is just starting to be noticed
