"But these DCUs concern me with regards to actual likely hood they are realised."
Even more so after to-days 'scaring' RNS.
Yes, similar thoughts. Odd RNS if it was a done deal
Cheers for the explanation Jiffy
"Just FYI"
Be wary with that link. didn't watch all of it but after I closed it down the audio kept on going. Needed to use 'Task manager' to turn it off. Maybe a glitzch on my laptop or maybe something else
. "No real adjustment for brent oil prices - what happens if goes back to $100 barrel etc."
Or the tax credits
Sorry ASI, I'm bored with you now, come back when you've invested in HUR
ASI, Not sure what you're asking I don't need to make the odds, the bookies do that. All I was after from Kever was 'the future', as he knows it.
"The deal will be voted through. It is a certainty."
Sorry on my last my wifi cut out . It was nothing to do with wine.
As you can predict the future I wanted to know the winner for the 15:55 at Nottingham races today. Also, what numbers for the lottery this coming Saturday please.
Kever, as you can predict the future. Can you let me know the winne
I did'nt quite understand why there's a long stop date (31/12/23) given in this mornings RNS. Reading the 'words' it can obviously be moved/extended
Q1 so why have it?
Q2 suggests this isn't a done deal and could drag on for some while. In which case well 6 is pumping away and increasing 'our' cash pile, which I would have thought should be taken into consideration somewhere, shouldn't it?
Happy to hear anyone's thoughts
"surely tactically the wise move is to vote the initial deal offer down to force an improved Prax offer"
Soundest words I've read on this BB for a while sense
"when you already have a guaranteed 45% of the voting shares on your side."
Out of interest, have/do Kerogen and CA actually have to vote? Can they just abstain?
With ref to your 5 (i) sense, my thought is if any other bidders are around, they will probably wait until after the next tax year starts. I've generally found within the O&G industry new budgets start either after Xmas or the new tax year. Here's hoping
So am I, they've probably realised the article was a load of b*******s, the jist was that HUR could be a multi bagger
Unless my abacus has woodworm that lot adds up to 104.18% without the PI's, guess some of those will be nominee accounts but still should have been less than 100%, I would have thought.
Nice to see the good Doctor still around, I wonder what his take on all this is. Shame Planted BHA hasn't turned up to rally the troops as well
Do we know who Mr Bennett is ?
Nope and its Mr & Mrs Bennet to you ;-) they have nearly 20million, there was an RNS 8.3 on 21st March.
Thought the name rang a bell so just checked
British - Thanks for repeating the rationale for the 'No' vote, lots of people only pop onto these boards and don't read everything, so may miss it first time around.
"CA and Kerogen are then no longer bound by their irrevocable support as the deal would have failed."
Just a musing, I wonder what happens if another better offer comes in between the Prax vote and announcement of the result. Presumably Kerogen and CA could vote on the 'new' offer as they'd fulfilled their obligation to the BOD?
"He did hot on to say if it does the DCU payments remain in the ISA tax wrapper. I’d like to see that in writing.. "
What I would suggest is to write to your broker to get a written reply back, then at least you'll have a written record.
I haven't done it yet but I know I can write to ii under their secure message system and am planning to do so for my pension and ISA, which both hold HUR shares
