This one moves in bounds when it moves. Maybe the fact that it is £15+ with a fairly wide paper spread puts people off investing. But it really is a niche company that has made shrewd acquisitions, pays a divi and is growing strongly. What's not to like here. Target Price £20

this share is as the rise has quickly melted away. Worth buying on weakness I should think as if this one comes good it will rise in leaps and bounds.

I shall watch with interest and see whether you investors have your faith rewarded. This is quite a good BB here with very good contributors and I enjoy all the contributions. It is remarkably civil here despite the poor share SP to date.

Sains, agree with your substantial point but this company really needs to deliver. I got in at 8p and topped up at 17.5p so am down overall. It has been a long time promising stuff with always the promise of some honey in the near future. This is last chance saloon for me as I am going to sell up on the next bad news. The placing is not too discounted thankfully but the BOD have an addiction to the begging bowl and dilution.

I got in at 26p which I thought was cheap but saw it rise to 30p and then sink to 13p. I was going to sell but it is one of the few shares that was able to reverse higher. It does suffer from lack of news flow but because the contracts they secure are large and lucrative it only takes one or tow a year to send this one err .. flying.

Hi Kenny, they have fallen a long way but you may get indigestion if you jump in after a Midas Tip. Seemed a bit of a slow reaction initially but we are chock fuller of buyers now. I would love to know what was behind the fall from 200p although the article did go some way to explaining it. The MM's were merciless at cutting this on the way down so maybe not much buying will propel it back up.

took a bite out of these this morning. I got an appetite for these after the DM article but have been tracking these for ages. Quite risky as the article pointed out but I do like the fact the they will be largest independent cocoa estate next year. If so they will have hit the ultimate sweet spot. I also expect a placing at some stage but having got in cheaply will be more than happy to shell out.

North do you mean solid as in a 'going concern'? Maybe it's me but I am not clear what you are driving at? Solid as in if they fail they are a security risk? In going concern terms I should think the tenders are opened up in an auction process. Those too high or too would be eliminated. The tenderers would not have access to company books and perhaps finances would be subject to change as well as it being time consuming. I could see a financially shaky company being a possible security risk but as long as they are accredited they are free to apply I should think.

Point taken Nana although putting the word significant in the RNS's may be a subliminal attempt to put some gloss on the message. It has to be even more subjective when it speaks of a Government technology programme and not its own. No mentions of margins of course today. If I have called this wrong I will be around to say so and you and others will be justly rewarded in SP terms. This company is up 12% on £797.93 worth of buys which speaks volumes to me. I say there is a placing coming by 1st April 2016. Let's see how it plays out.

Afternoon johnc. Did this really merit an RNS? I know AIM thrives on news but this stretching it a bit.

Morning apps. I feel the company is disrespecting its shareholders by attaching the word 'significant' to these types of contracts. Today's figure is revenue and not profit. I wonder is there another contract to be announced so that they can piggyback a placing on to it. my money is still on a placing by 1st April. Only one buy so far (at less than £500) and the bid remains the same. If they have been signing contracts why not put that in this morning's RNS as " we have signed other contracts but have a confidentiality cluse". Today's announcement coupled with the last one smacks of desperation! Beyond terrible!

Very robust defence and well argued adastra. This is the third or fourth time that 5p bid has been tested as a floor. An investor has just sold £4600's worth for 4.65p which is a new low. This underlines Dibs point that you can't exit in any volume except well under the bid. The silence from the company is deafening and I suspect they use the Easter break next week to sneak out the placing. Subterfuge indeed. You have to go back a week for the last buy which was for £358 of shares. The sells equal £6335 since that buy. I can't see the company seeing out the month before coming clean on a placing or as a going concern.

Hi Steveho. I think Gunn has 46% after various dilutions. Might be wrong but think it is in a recent RNS. ps It is a good job that Cameron sorted out the tampon tax or there would have been blood on the streets. I wonder whether the 20% VAT on MHCP's (?) being less negotiable. It would have quite an impact on Flow and Inspirit in terms of marketing etc.

Thanks PP1. You are nicely in profit so far. Someone sold for 48p odd today when the bid/ask was 49/51. I am not sure if they need a new broker or the MM's are only willing to sell larger amounts at under the bid. I read on the other board the crackle patent was due in September so if we can push past 50p and have that as a floor we could do very well in Autumn.
