RE: What a busy board11 May 2016 18:09
My take is the ASC acquistion is a smokescreen. It is a related party transaction after all. The real intent was to get a placing away. Any potential investor would look at their placing history ( 22p and 14p) and see it would like giving an alcoholic another drink. I can't see how they are going to pay it back but at least they have kept the plates spinning for themselves until November or NOvember.. Darwin may well have been given a lean on worthless assets if the balloon goes up in NOvember, December. They are probably relaxed about their investment thinking they can sell into any strength. I think they might have been outfoxed here. is the company still in a closed period? Not a single director buy despite the amazing turnaround, building blocks keys, jam tomorrow, only needs time, sweet spot, enormous contracts, government department, insert your own tenuous link here. blah blah, positioned ourselves, unable to disclose, jam tomorrow, expansion, pipeline, insert another tenuous link, frown at world insecurity. leaks, discussions with clients, insert own tenuous link here. Wash, rinse repeat while the plates are spinning.
