Fair play Dibs! I am aligned with you and am rooting for this stock because you deserve good fortune on it, I am very happy if I am proved wrong but there are so many red flags that I see here. I have had some absolute dogs myself and question my sanity as to why I ever invested in them. I am therefore thankful that I have avoided this one all the way down from 53p. I look forward to discussing the results with you and others here so we have a bit of meat on the bones of the company.

I agree on the cash burn Dibs but when are they going to announce meaningful contracts and revenue? I have said before investors who took part in the placing at 22p and 14p will never see their money back. Once the results are out do you expect any director buys? Someone sold at 2.7p yesterday even though we are 3p on the bid. Currently at 3p on the bid those 2.182m shares are worth about £65k even if you could sell such a large amount without collapsing the price. Only 8 months to destroy 66% of the Trust's value. But ok let's see what the results look like so we have a more up-to-date picture. At least there has been some recent funding to shore up the accounts. However I do not believe companies like FLX should even be listed.

there is nothing grizzly about these results. A 33% hike in the divi with cash and equivalent a t£1.9m from 500k while net bank debt was almost halved. The reduced finance charges plus a cut in corporation tax should help EPS going forward. Nice yield of over 4% even after today's rise. This bear ain't no circus act!

of a death spiral and a news dearth. Someone took 3.4p for 3.k worth of shares when the bid was 3.75p. It won't be too long before someone sells for 3p. Is this result's month? There will be an interesting torch shone on the cash burn versus revenue. Whoever paid £2500 this afternoon for 3.825p a share is hopeful in the extreme. Beyond terrible.

Did any poster attend? Has anything emerged apart from the video? What are the timescales here? Uninvestible for me of course but huge admiration for the way it has been spun out and styled along. How so many placings and promises have been wheeled out and yet brazenly able to ask for more funding or further time to deliver.

Hi both. I think there is just some bottom feeding going on after the general market malaise. Five buys today but only one of them above 4p. OK the ask is well above 4p but I am sure this will put the brakes on the rise. I don't see any contracts. I saw that a director retired recently and won't be replaced. There might be some positioning ahead of results of course on the basis that this can't get much lower in SP terms. It will be interesting to see what the cash burn is like. I assume 100k a month cash burn while lossmaking Of course after the results the directors will be free to align themselves with shareholders and buy. But on past evidence they won't be dipping into their own pockets. I hope I am wrong for the sake of shareholders here but I expect the rise to stop now the ask is notionally 4.5p and I also expect no substance behind the rise/

from the Brexit mallarkey as most of its earnings are in Euros. Indeed it could be a hedge against a further dip in sterling and the UK economy.. Bounced back today after being marked down initially

I better put a sock in it about this share after today's update but this share has been really oversold! Still value even at these levels but with all the Brexit malarkey it wouldn't surprise me to see these take a step back tomorrow.

After being sold down. Sig seems to have a good run from October to March. There was a director buy at 138p so there might bve good upside to come even after an 8% bounce from lows.

As it recovered well last year after a slow start. Looks like the business is becoming more seasonal anyway with more buying before chinese new year. Interesting but best to leave it setlle

if nor spectacular. Not helped by the price of Oil and consequently some of the divisions are struggling. A very good jump in underlying profit and free cash flow. Dividend cover is up so perhaps they could have upped the divi. The flat divi might explain partly the muted reaction. However at 26p a year, giving a yield just under 6% in a consistently performing company is not to be sniffed at!

I agree on all points Dibs. Any examples I can think of like FJET AND prem were forced solicitors of Darwin's CLN. At the time of the Prem announcement on Oct 9th 2015 it's SP was .825p. When it announced the last of the CLN's had been converted in February 2016 the SP was .278p.Incidentally since they are out the SP has recovered. You are bang on the money about the bizarre claims Dibs. Especially when it refers to a company that when from £4,4m turnover in 2014 to £1.92m t/o in 2015. I reckon even if FLX maintain their rate of progress with turnover they will only show a profit of 273k this year. Looking through the accounts I was kinda shocked to see Flax resilience has no permanent staff. I wonder is the contractor sitting by a bat phone waiting for a call. In short I can see why they need Darwin. Ask not for whom the bell tolls........

Interesting and welcome counter viewpoint Adastra, The ASC contract strikes me as just too convenient, the timing of it as I think we will see in hindsight. I have a challenge for you on Darwin incidentally. Please find a message from the thread of any company they have invested in where the majority of posters have said they were good for the company. Or perhaps just a few posters who have good things to say. That is a friendly challenge if you or anyone are up for it .

I know the POO has effect this share but it has gone from a solid performer down to erratic and a serial profit warner. I sold half at £8.50 and have seen the rest dwindle down to this. I should have exited on the recent strength. The only thing that could save this now is a bid.
