Well seeing as John Gunn has 46% of the company they won't get a controlling stake unless they buy it out. The tech and market is so far from being proven and so long waiting that I doubt any predators or stake builders are here. Oddly enough someone paid over the odds at .54p today for almost ten grand's worth but there was no move on the SP. does this suggest the mm's are happy to dole these out? Six weeks maximum now before the company has to issue shares for about £325000 at a 5% discount to the VWAP so dilution is certain.

My money is on.35p currently or .3p if the SP sinks in the short-term. I can';t see who would invest in a placing as another placing is required to fund the actual production if it ever gets there. There will be dilution coming soon of 10% to pay off the YAGM loan due by 1st of May 2016 ( maybe around 325k owed now) and perhaps a further dilution to keep the lights on. Beyond terrible.

I was getting lonely actually and was going to post a ramp and a reply to tell myself rampers aren't welcome here :). I hope we can get a move on with the Crackle and Moje but even without these I think yesterday's tech acquisition is going to be huge! What price did you get in at Ping Pong? I saw these present at 22p , thought they wouldn't do much at that price, went to 18.5p and still didn't invest. I checked in at the last December and saw they had flown so bought in. I think even after doubling last year these can double again this year.

is accumulating fast here. Hope we can breach 50p and back to all-time high of 52p to establish a new trading range. Lovely quiet board here but have a feeling more investors will be joining the party.

Might be a good entry point now as it has come off a little after a 100k sell.20p is probably key resistance now and if we cab breach that mid point again it should go to 25p, The 8.3% spread means the mm's don't want to trade this. The ask is creeping up though we may well see the bid move up in tandem tomorrow.

I think a lot of the bad news is in the price already. Debt is still coming down but slowly. They have maintained the divi so perhaps the yield will underpin this. Huntsworth was down to 35p and 35.5p in January and February so I expect some holders took today as an opportunity to bank some profits. Numis has a TP of 53p after today's results so hopefully buyers will return when the latest figures are digested and yield hunters also are attracted in.

Mr Regan and Adastra, I am very grateful to you both. I remain perplexed why any company would choose not have the second report named as a 'final' one. but really appreciate you both taking time to answer.

Very strong buying and the mm's have had to raise the bid several times. A sell of 100k just now might put some brakes on this but now we have breached 20p we could hit 25p in short order. The market is at last waking up to this and make no bones about that!

Lots of buys today but the mm's were happy to dole these out at 87.5p so I joined the party. Results look solid even if the full year pre-tax profit has slipped. The outlook seems strong especially if the acquisitions can be made to work. A very niche area with strong barriers to entry and I am looking forward to good growth this year and a rerate of these.

for Adastra, Dibs. Why do FLX have a preliminary report and an interim one buy no final report? Is this normal? Genuinely interested in the reason. Might be commonplace but I haven;t known it before,

Yes looks like it is going to pop. I got in at 15p when it hi its first low. Watch it rise 20% and back down. Now back up again but only wish I had bought a second tranche. This is one share that I think holders will be well rewarded with over time. My own TAP is initially 22.5p the year high and then 25p. Really undervalued considering the strides it has made in the US

The market seems to ignore this one. The market must be huge given the dislike people have of needles. The animal market must also be huge too. This company is so off the radar. And there are many other irons in the fire.

Excellent ripostes from you both. A lot of faith and hope in there and that is quite right for holders. The news vacuum certainly isn't helping and this is true of all AIM stocks. I do dislike the SP quote here as the most that has been paid for any decent volume is 5.4p and yet the quote is 5.25p/5.75p. This is a persistent factor with FLX. It is at least going in the right direction today for shareholders so GLAH.

Yes I thought support had given way adastra. It has tested 5p quite a few times. TBF it is swinging wildly on low volume. Down almost 7% yesterday but up almost 5% today. In my opinion 5p is a key support level so FLX is on the right side of that again. The next trading statement will be interesting.

Fair play Dibs , a good summation and I think you are well versed in FLX. I am to date gutted for Appiama and adastra but hopefully they will be proved right. Personally I think there wiil be a placing or a going concern warning before March is out. Let us see then how this plays out. You may well be right that I am over the top on this one but my gut instinct tells me once 5p is gone then 3p is a possibility and the lights could go out.
