Actually the issue of what law the company was under also came up at the AGM TT. There was an investor who was querying which law was it incorporated under.

Morning HereandNow. It was brought up at the AGM about the undeclared Biopalm holding, but so far there has been no declaration or upate on the Dekeloil website. We were promised at the AGM by the board that this would be corrected. No-one has even bothered. I mean why would you? After all it is only something you said you would do. No need to actually do it because it is quite ok just to promise something and just not bother.

Hopefully he will answer here hereandnow as he has given some valuable insights since he came on board. I suspect that he thinks the returns won't be great and that DKL do not have the cash to fund it. As we have found to our cost, board bravado doesn't cut it. Nor fool investors ( save those that are holding on for the long-term more in hope than belief). The deterioration in the SP since Q3 should inform the board that the " I am right. I do as I please" approach will only work short-term to keep the plates spinning.
