I best wait for 220p to get some bargain basement shares.

I don't think the sell off was warranted and now investors can get in at a budget price.Wizz is worth 4100p to 4300p so about a third undervalued here. We are just seeing a take-off in the SP after a broker tip.3000 to 3200p leaves a lot of runway to aim at as we bounce off the bottom.

Well if the number and value of the trades in response to the RNS is anything to go by, they won't have to pay out much! Less than 5000 pounds in value traded since the morning. The SP is still under 4p.No reference or hint at specific figures in the RNS so all rather opaque. I find the references to meeting the company and clients at a conference on two dates all rather bizarre actually.

disappointer. The bright picture has faded and this decline is just a repeat of the decline we had before it reached 180p. I will stay tuned to the SP for now but the lack of support as it falls at quite a clip is rather disconcerting.

Excellent questions jk. With reference to issuing shares in lieu of payment I think this will self rectify given the appalling SP performance. I would say that those who have some connection with the board will continue to elect for shares. They are aware how distasteful it is and such a poor signal to shareholders and the market.

I would add to your questions
1) What is happening with the 5% share buyback authority? Are you unable to fund it? If you are unable to fund 5% of buying your own shares, then why are you still continuing to discuss a takeover?

2) When is RSPO accreditation likely to occur? It was hinted at the AGM that is was likely before end of 2017 but as we are heading to the fag-end of 2018 there has been no news.
3) Could we up PKO production as although PKO prices are down substantially too it is still significantly higher than CPO. Isn't the margin better on PKO anyway?
4) Has Ghana been shelved? There was a 12 month option there ages ago but we have had no definitive decision announced.

Bump. Very strong into the close and augurs well. This is a company going places.

Good call cm45. Still a possible cash return to shareholders here so the fall is surprising in that respect.

is behind the curve on this one. The doubling of capacity, the cash in bank, the licensing is all good news and not in the price. I expect some follow on buying tomorrow and more interest once analysts get their claws into this one.

Afternoon Phil and JK. Some excellent posts from you as usual but in more difficult circumstances. The RNS only talks about "normalisation of fruit volumes delivered" during Q3 which ignores sales and prices. Although it suggests a rebound it hardly suggests outperformance. This is not the first time the company have been talking their book outside the RNS's only to disappoint later when other facts are omitted.
The fact that a strong Q3 was not alluded to in the RNS suggests either they are ignorant of PR mitigation or it wasn't a strong enough straw to clutch to.

Incidentally if the BOD had bought in concert today at the bottom they would be almost 20% richer given the intraday turnaround. Seems like they have short hands or deep pockets.

Good post Rugs! You left out Ghana, a project which defines the board. Announced and then withers on the vine.
Your comment about negative comments being refrained from in recent months doesn't align well with an SP that has almost halved from 7.35p on June 22nd until today.
the board just don;t seem capable of running the enterprise. Whether too much power is concentrated in one hand or whether they are drowning in the weighty requirements of operating in the region, I do not know. What I do know is I would swap all this IR and communication guff for decent production and less of this 'sideshow bob' of Norpalm etc.
The persistent IR message from the board has been the market is wrong, the seller is wrong, the production is wrong due to factor x or factor y or factors x and y. And that things will get better. But practically every announcement confirms that things are getting worse. And the SP performance verifies this. Sometimes it is verified just days in advance of news.

I posted about a month ago of all value in the SP possibly being destroyed before the board got a grip. Since then they are well on the way to doing that.

Totally agree with you and was about to post something similar myself. furthermore, even on AIM when you get disastrous results and a significant drop in the SP, there is usually concert buying from directors as a statement that the worst is behind. Not so the DKL board who are happy to sit on worthless options that will just expire at no cost, rather than show any real belief here.

Morning j/k. It would be bottom drawer stuff as you say except for the SP is barrelling down at a rate of knots to the point where there will be no value left. Except for the Board to take it private if they see any value left in it. When we get news, it is the dog ate my homework variety. In the absence of news it is ' nothing to see here, market misprices DKL, it's the commodities sector, just be patient for the value unlocks" variety,. We have reached a new low of 4p to sell. Down 20% in a matter of weeks. Hardly the nothing to see here type scenario. Even dumper dude has no strength to sell into!
