Fair comment Noel! I have never had a problem with people defending FLX. Your 3p to 30p had context about an announcement so no problem there. I am not saying actually a bigger drop is on the way imminently though if I were a holder the lower highs and the lower lows that this one delivers - admittedly in the context RECENTLY- of a wider soggy market- would be worrying for me.
You and I say 2019 is the defining year for FLX. I say that it will crash burn at some point or that the only investors who will make money out of this apart from the BODs whose snouts are firmly in the trough are those investors who successfully call the bottom. And that is a very very difficult thing to do.I 100% agree with your statement " go with your own conviction" and actually someone like you who posts fairly here is a powerful antidote to my negativity on the share. But let's see how tis one plays out and if you get a chance to say et voila.

Well said jk. As well as issuing shares in lieu of payment for everyone but the milkman ( so far!). Seems to be falling on deaf ears as well as pleas for director purchases in the market. It is amazing how out of touch BOD's can be with investors though they claim to be investors themselves!

The Company is issuing 189,441 Ordinary Shares to certain advisers in settlement of fees for services. Remember investors this is a sign of confidence in the company. With a bit of luck the receiver will be sitting on shares worth £6550 next year instead of £6251 as of present. A sincere thanks to those who accepted them in this massive vote of confidence.

Well Dibs did say sub 3p was coming et voila. The drop is probably due to the wider market malaise but for a company in a sweet spot of cyber defense the SP is as always leaving a sour taste in the mouth. Noel, I think you have been at the sherry if you think FLX will even double in a day not to mind increase x 10. Burning the placing cash at a rate of knots must give the BOD a warm glow but hardly provides any festive cheer for long term holders.

Well after being battered down for so long it is nice to see some green shoots of 'recovery' if that is what this proves to be. Still no director buys in the market but if we can build on this and restore some strength in the SP it would be very welcome.

You comment on the building the cyber SOC only 3 years ago is ludicrous. What do you think will happen in the next year that makes it a turnaround story then?
As for "understanding the company", can I suggest to you that given the SP performance versus your cheerleading of the company that either the market doesn't understand the company (or care for it!) or you yourself do not. We shall see who is right.

No problem. Fair play and accepted of course. I have no problem with strong or opposing opinions as I have said all along that the SP is the ultimate judge. MrDribbles too in his latest post has at least made an argument for the company. I am interested to see how this company plays out. If i am right then holders will lose a lot. If I am wrong then I will be here to accept whatever I told you so or other abuse that comes my way.

You are right in that I did think that it would go to 2p on a placing. I was wrong as the placing was higher up. As for reasoned debate I am not saying post positively or dont post or saying anyone who is positive on this share has an agenda, is a long, is a ramper. Well it has just got 8.45% cheaper today and the ones who were asking where I was on the rise have disappeared. The placing excitement has rapidly gone it seems at least for now.

What proper business needs placing after placing? So companies float publicly to do placings? iIs that really what you are saying?

Dilutative placings always in the case of FLX. The SP has gone from 54p to under 3.5p today in my time here. If you think this is a proper business Mr D I suggest you think again.
