@Neversellshell22, Good morning by the way.Will BP off er to buy our shares at a higher market value?Are they planning to pay a special dividend?Can they cash my shares in without my permission?I love this share and currently holding over 14000,but clueless about the stock market.

I love this board,as debated whether to top up before I saw that 2 people here have...and have followed suite.

I had to phone HL,and they made the money available to re invest / release from the account.

@Bigbadbaz,yep whenever I sell the funds are available to re-invest straight away.But surprise surprise HL told me it takes 5 days for money to clear from a fund and share account to be available to transfer to my Isa.I’ve only been trading since October with still so much to learn.Overall until I can get my hands on a crystal ball ,it’s a case of if I have to lose a little short term,I will gain long term.I’m involved in other shares / boards too,this one is my far the most helpful .

@Thomo1968,thanks for your detailed answer.Both my accounts are with HL,but I’ve been told different things;depending on who answers the phone there.I will speak specifically to their help desk this week.
