The presentation by Graham Swindells was on the 30th March, 1 month before Shell took the Option and announced their plans to make haste with a Drill. Shell's decision over rode what had been stated earlier.

Shell have indicated that once the OGA have confirmed the application, expected before the end of June, they intend too carry out an exploratory drill at the earliest opportunity.

That does not sound like Shell putting this co-operation at the back of the pack. Certainly not 2021 as stated by some.

Jez suggest you get up to speed. Shell have made it clear they are anxious to get OGA authority etc in place before the end of June. They want to Drill soonest. Seeing Shells infrastructure to run at or near capacity(Bacton) they will need resources on stream within short order.
It is considered a Drill will occur this year.
