No I don’t think so, with proposal 112 looming all early planning on the east side were applied for so no chance with the consolations of counties before hand, with the comments from residents it can be seen with consulting stake holders that this is not a popular way forward and the withdrawal is a sensible approach to responsible drilling, the other side of the Rocky Flats is a different ball game with industrial development ie open clay pits and an unused coal mining facility on a large section of ownership land with a SUA surface use agreement signed by the owner with previously drilled and plugged wells on an existing well pad, so you might find longer drilled horizontals on the pads like sections 14,15,16 on 4,3,2 and 9,10,11!

You can debate the issues you have not rant all the time at the LSE chatboard members blaming everyone, your tone is very challenging, can you detone a bit please and discuss things instead of acting like a spoilt child, would be much appreciated!

I try not to read the lse board to much as there’s nothing but negativity as people are watching every trade and some games being played by certain peeps!

Its down too the company sentiment is bad with no communication sometimes can feel forgotten about as well as share price and only the negatives are getting talked about, it would be good to get some dialogue with them, but on the other hand they must be busy and I’m not as moved as some are with this as I just want the progress with the projects and I’m sure the sp and sentiment will start to get better it always dose just cycles and it’s easy to loose site of what good assets we have, just got to get one or two over the line which could happen short term!

We know there is a high producing Well in Kansas and picking up acreage but there’s not much info on this because it’s in the collecting phase and don’t want to push price up, would want to know size of reservoir and pricing details with a deal so waiting for this!

It’s really good news with the 112 proposal not being past and the public comment period should end for one 2A application on the 25 November and all the spacing applications Dockets are in for Dec hearing so the permits would be waiting on this for some pads to be approved before development starts, again more info should follow when the pads and wells are approved as to if True Oil will be partners again, if can this project will be big and I think the flow rates will be better than ED plus I think that less materials will be used to fracture ie sand and water because of the know natural fracture network around the area, so will produce more and cost less!

Lastly the fracking is in process again at ED so the Flowback to start in December so I think there will be plenty of news with money coming in again, hopefully oil prices can improve in time for production!

But because of 112 that’s exactly why all the plans were put in, some more advanced in planning than others that’s why we seen them all, Highlands withdrew the applications after speaking to stake holders the subsurface rights owned for minerals would test the waters and there were many comments and were easily pulled from consideration so would seam an approachable and reasonable company to do so, I’m sure the action will support the other applications as drilling no where near the park and the lake with near land owners relieved that they have done and would have thought a little chess game playing is applicable here!

If you take a look at the position of the 9-10 2S 70w pad there is already infrastructure in place with the old Well pads so I lot of thinking has already been done, this is a picture of a 3 Well Pad layout of the previous wells in a similar position!
