I gave RP a call last night and had a 37min conversation about Highlands staff and projects, it was very open conversation and he sounded very upbeat about coming operations and really excited about Kansas N2 project, will fill in more information about it later, as phone call was late last night so haven’t had a chance to write things down yet so wanted to open up a thread to communicate with investors!

D14 all well and good making your point, nothing wrong with that but doing it constantly then that’s a bit different, and I’m sure you know a troll when you see one!

American Helium Inc reported estimated to hold 7.85 billion cubic feet (bcf) of helium, Helios best estimate 2.6 billion cubic feet (bcf) on 69,000 acres there is now 220,000.

I haven’t said it’s been successful as with the sp it is obvious but are pointing out progress has/is being made in opposition to your post which you are referring too!

Would also add that they have been active in potential leases in Kit Carson, Lincoln and Washington with there being lots of interest in the industry in these areas, so are watching these areas and how it plays out, with the Spergen Formation, some wells there with excellent flows for conventional wells that are acid fracked and respond well to diversion (ball sealers) also note that they are cheap vertical wells with no costly materials involved!

Speaking to your customers/market is very important and said that the cost of DT was too expensive with the cost of Nitrogen being the single most expensive component, therefore a cheaper way of sourcing N2 was explored and found in Kansas, they were prepared to drill a new well there to test the formation but secured permission to re-enter an existing well and safe money too recompleted and successfully find high producing pure N2 and other lead gases of Helium/Argon!

Since finding the N2 the acreage around the area has increased 3 fold from 800 too 2200 acres, and a production plant has been installed there too provide market with the gases!

Helios lower Eagle Formation was tested after a technique and was found to contain methane with the overall depth of formation it was assessed that a number of stages could be perforated and joined to the 2 upper eagle formations for a total flow rate also dosnt include the muddy sands formation that also contains methane and the highly sought after helium!

So work has been done not just nothing, maybe go back to wd in the future after assessment of minerals underground with further research and the permission from various party’s involved, but would take some time!

It’s a good point Monstersaurus and what everyone wants to know, even though it’s good news to hear of high flow rates and the high N2 purity from the Cedar Hills Formation, we don’t know volume size of reservoir and whether the formation is continuous, also payload thickness, obviously cards being held tight on extra information until a point when they are close to finishing acquiring acreage in Hamilton and the Argon/helium results are known!

Also when an offtake deal comes what are the details of the plan of well formation system and type of well that would need employment in area!

1.Drill new vertical wells?
2.Recompleted existing wells in area like Barret 1B-14?
3.Horizonal Wells like Kinder Morgan’s massive producing CO2 wells in Montezuma Colorado.

Cully left the company after the True deal as his main aim was to implement funding involved with ED coming from a background that supported him as the right man, with the deal being made with True he was taken out of the equation a mention of this was made in an RNS but not named directly, Mata has links with the company and there is a mutual agreement, there is no point as a business playing for these skills if are not needed, and time will tell what these new guys will bring in terms of revenue generation to the company but we can see now that the Separation Plant is built and doing what is needed as the new person Zane Rhodes/Highlands Kansas N2 project has been developed!

I have said on many occasions that the share price is in the doldrums and getting N2 over the line would be major achievement, creating revenue from every project yes and the new focus with the staff is a step in the right direction, and could also see DM coming back on an oil and gas project as what he does provide is a very good service in field development!

Never mentioned anything about pipes, so don’t know what your talking about, with the N2 the Separation of Argon/Heluim processing plant is in motion and analysis of the gas in process, it would need to be done in an offtake agreement!

I think I know more than you after meeting Domingo and having a technical background to form a judgment with my opinion rather than just a guess and opportunistic opinion of yours with usual immersed negativity or interchanging baseless views!

Clever yes but not the right skill sets, a lot of people are clever but unfortunately that doesn’t cut it where to progress a product you need the right staff!

After meeting Domingo Mata I think that his role with Highlands is different from selling a product as his background dos’nt support this firstly plus he’s a hands on analytical guy in the field, making sure operations are working to plan development with solving issues problems that might occur, back up plans proceedures are followed, he is very subsurvant and is very technical and good with getting different crews working together!

Looking at Brian Weavers background this looks to suit DT more with his sales history and with his oil and gas engineering, especially Pinnacle technology for evaluating volumetric change during unconventional stimulation or long-term IOR/EOR or production activities, seam to know more in the right area where DT can be evaluated further and implemented and sales!

DM while there is no field development his services are not needed and money is saved too where you want to inject in these key area!
