No gas line in place for Renegade means no producing wells as the pipeline was shut down by the provider Anadarko with an old legacy pipeline, so there’s a renewed optimism now with True evaluation of the new producing wells!

Highlands requested to the cogcc to contain produced water from the wells too the Pilot Project in storage inside Modular Large Volume Tanks (MLVT) this is the place they keep the frack water, with special permission from the commission they can now keep and store the input to the processing units!

I have seen the heaters that keep the temperature to a set value so in cold conditions the water would be heated as this could be an option in desalination process of the E10X units it’s also in the COA (condition of approval) with the use of MLVT about heaters!

• The MLVT will be at least 75 feet from a wellhead, fired vessel, heater-treater, or a compressor with a rating of 200 horsepower or more. It will be placed at least 50 feet from a separator, well test unit, or other non-fired equipment.

• All liner seams will be welded and tested in accordance with applicable ASTM International standards.

• Operator will be present during initial filling of the MLVT and the contractor will supervise and inspect the MLVT for leaks during filling.

• Operator will comply with the testing and re-inspection requirements and associated written standard operating procedures (SOP) listed on the design package.

• Signs will be posted on the MLVT indicating that the contents are freshwater.

• The MLVT will be operated with a minimum of 1 foot of freeboard at all times.

• Access to the MLVT will be limited to operational personnel and authorized regulatory agency personnel.

• Operator or contractor will conduct daily visual inspections of the exterior wall and surrounding area for integrity deficiencies.

• Operator has developed a contingency plan/emergency response plan associated with the MLVT and it is on file at their office.

• Construction: Operator acknowledges and will comply with the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission Policy on the Use of Modular Large Volume Tanks in Colorado dated June 13, 2014.

I can see that point with the commonality being the bod for both you mention, but also can see that the two would be different on the risk basis with implementing, I think it would be much different to the client with a $5million well or well scheme on a well pad with the costs to the operator of DT must be reflected in the return on investment to make sense with big money on the line, but with the N2 you would be undercutting the market cost with the mentioned much cheaper unprocessed stream compared to the facility and energy cost to process from air, the pilot project could provide not just a stepping stone in marketability but can start off small and gain traction with many sales akin to production output!

It’s probably lease holders, the more word gets around that it is desirable the price of the acreage increases!

There’s definitely question that we want answered about Kansas and a triple increase in land around area does speak for itself, I’m sure we will know what is going on soon as a high producing well with a quality constituency must account for a lack of information!

The cost associated with producing Barret 1B-14 are very low, this was a re-completion well and has been proven to provide near pure N2 stream so not much processing to sell to market, there has been separation plant installed and compressors and the market is said to be close to the site as per presentation and undercuts the costs of nitrogen produced the through conventional production plants!

In parallel to this a pilot project is underway to prove if a Cannabis crop size can be increased through a natural organic process of the N2 as a fertilizer treatment which is important the inclusion of some Hydrogen in the gas stream, if the organic certification can be processed and good results of the pilot then being commercialized as organic will bring the selling costs much higher and can be further commercialized into other markets!

Increase of crop sizes range from (15% - 48%) I think was mentioned!

Around the acreage there are a lot of plugged wells in area so it could be a case of cheap re-completions to add or even if it’s a new vertical wells still would be relatively cheaper as with no expensive frack as it is a conventional reservoir, most peeps would get excited about a gas well that flowed high pressure with no stimulation, if you did then multiply it but 3-4 then you would meet the price of nitrogen that end users pay!

The wells to drill new cost little $250,000 and there is no costly sand or water to frack, you perforate the formation and comes straight out but you must factor into the design of the well to take the higher than normal pressure so would have thought cost a little more than a normal well!

The Nitrogen is near enough pure at 99.59% and most importantly it contains no oxygen which in the Oil and Gas industry is a no-no as would corrode the production pipes so can supply the industry with hardly any processing”

Can’t find any wells that produce pure nitrogen so could have found a big Nitrogen play need more info on reserve and reservoir dynamics!

With Highlands being a small company then the free carry in ED gained big partners (Halliburton’s and True Oil) and interest into a working model of drilling and completion on wells and hopefully further wells!

Young company trying to create working assets by no means a failure by a long stretch ups and downs in all company’s, plus take a look around other share prices in other company’s and you will see that a lot are at low points, good time to invest if your being prudent with your investments!

Looking forward to the wells coming online and ED hopefully progressing further down to lower sections with a sales gas line nearly in place for section 15-16, a good connection point there for the lower sections in time and if True and Renegade want to progress!
