Douglas Hamilton used to work for Indago so has first hand knowledge/experience of the area that is being developed, so it’s not as if this guy is going in cold..he knows the geology right there.

Nice bit of early buying, probably the ones that have read the quality of the professionals that’s going into the Uintah project, it’s the quality of the people behind the project that makes something successful, here’s one.

Valkor/TomCo HSO/AC Oil are quietly going about the business of preparing for drilling and production, no hype involved..most companies on aim make a big deal out of the coreing results and publicize but they have stayed quiet..the cores are highly saturated with heavy oil in two zones one the Rimrock and the Asphalt Ridge members and the payload is 210ft together.

Could be true but I wouldn’t be messing around if I thought that was the case as we can guess that it would be true but it might not be, it’s best not to try a think what the stipulations of a project investor would be satisfied with at this point.

It’s ok mate no need to apologize, plus maybe I’m coming across a bit harsh, I agreed with that hopefully plant financing soon, like I’ve said in previous comments that I’ve been talking to someone that knows what’s going on in Utah and saying all the right things in my view so hopefully the share price will reflect a total change of perspective compared with the past.

I have issues when inaccurate wording is used when someone says that’s it I’m selling out ATB, then two weeks later buys back which is fine everyone has that right but then looses credibility for me and uses sentences like unreal dilution, and when shares hit the market but some are already been admitted and in total is over 7% is that unreal dilution? Plus will that amount really effect the business if and when plant finance is in place…

Offcourse as per news release, but “when the share are on the market” 59.6m admission date last week, let’s see how it goes

They want that 29% of Tomco and then they get the margins on all the plant builds, Valkor have been doing lots of things involved with the project but don’t have to make public because of their company status, I’m sure it won’t be long before we hear what everyone has been up to.

Totally agree I think it was a proactive interview when JP and MG said it should be rapped up before Easter, potentially is a loose statement and should never be a given only a signed document is the definitive action but unfortunately so would the share price.

Hearing some good things and there is loads going on in the background that we don’t know about that can’t be shared but sure to be exciting, the wells will be drilled as soon as the permits are approved plus specific skilled oil extraction specialists are being employed, one as we know is Brian Mcgregor there’s a lot of attention on the Oilsands in the area and a lot of confidence into the whole project.

Apart from Friday I haven’t seen much selling tbh, possibly some forward selling when price was higher as counted circa 30m sells then, but since officially getting them shares haven’t seen anything, we know how them novum guys work, they do not loose money only gain but if they have more information maybe they have taken their initial outlay and riding the rest for something bigger, why put up your money only to get what you put in, remember this is a bridging loan as the words suggest.. when this happened I thought ok dosn’t sound so bad as some people here likened it to spiraling debt convertibles and market didn’t like, but this is an big opportunity here imo and not just at this price.

What’s good for Tom is good for Valkor, they have cash to pay back some of the loan and drill the well now

The plans haven’t changed..the ruling for terminology has been adopted which allows formal agenda which the senate bill changed the board can now hear and approve these wells, the spacing are standard 40 acre so don’t need a spacing order in front of the board, just approval for the EOR on the wells, the Permits have always been oil and gas related…a mining permit is a different department in which Tomco has interest on the large mining permit but is different to this above process, just normal approval now the biggy to change the senate bill 146 has past, there has never been any oil and gas permits submitted as I look at the permit application since April…the permits are there now and so would the pad plan with locations and the vertical well design which we will be able to view when they approve.

No worries mate, there has been talk on other sites that the finance could be rapped up before the permits but have no details. Let’s see what happens next week.
