I believe another good safe company with excellent BOD

True and admire your research at every angle, But I am looking further ahead. Once samples and assaying results ( if ) they show good results enough to move forward then lets see how further funding will take place. It can only be with a placing due to the funds required to take this to the next level.

fair comments Euclid55 and I agree rare what the BOD raised but ask yourself did they have a choice. I feel still not convinced hence why I sold out a few weeks ago, and until I get more reassurance in future funding then i keep a close eye

From 1970 - 1990 Gold had 10 fold and south K. would of benefited re-opening the mine then and would have hugely benefited from the recent gold prices and its reserve. Ask yourself why open now, Could it be the grades were dimensioning and even at todays prices the Gold content per ton may not be a deal maker, or commercially unviable. Gold is one of the most hardest and expensive to mine. Now if Gold is back up to 2012 prices then could be worth a look.

Euclid55 The directors had no choice other to either raise funds them selfs or get suspended from AIM. The markets are full of gold explorers and finding finance is very hard these days even with a JV

bobbysuper There had to be a seller for the buyer ordered to be filled, my large sells are those shown and was crossed over from my broker to another for their order to be filled hence why it appears a cross over, simple

Unless I am mistaken, this is the start of the $15M of funds being given. It could mean we will have a larger stake holder that would control majority shares here. Which can only be good news, no more placings as funds are available for the next 3 years. Liquid stock will be very hard to buy, I suggest keep on to your shares as the SP will move 5p plus very shortly. Given $15M that large buy close of day affirms good news on its way. I would see MC £18-£25M to re-rate
