You have to remember that any vote not cast will be assumed to be an acceptance of the proposals! There’s no way this won’t be voted through- it?s just procedure!

If I remember rightly, the loan amount doesn’t necessarily have to be turned into shares. I think 4D do have the option to pay off the loan amount though other means. This could be for instance a licensing deal or milestone payments from Merck. This would reduce the dilution considerably!

What are people thinking ‘significant payment’ means? Tens of millions plus surely for a pharma to call it significant- who knows

Hi, I’m a teacher and was just told by by head that we will soon be getting faster COVID tests that give quicker results (and only have to swab the lower part of a nostril). Although they’re not delayed at all- they are due before May 31st. Later than the rough estimate given in the last RNS but NOT delayed

I think people were hoping that listing on the NASDAQ would raise 4D’s market cap closer to their microbiome peers over there! I expect this to happen in the coming weeks as the Americans get to grips with the company and its world leader credentials

It’s certainly not unexpected so already priced in to COVID shares. Only stupidity would make people sell on such news! I do, however, expect a lot of investors have been sat on the sideline waiting for this news to be made public

I think people are responding to your total stupidity! There is absolutely nothing not to like! Today’s RNS was purely administrative! If you think otherwise then, sadly, investing is not for you

Jesus! It’s so easy to see how people lose money on the stock market. People can’t even research and interpret a very straight forward RNS like today’s correctly! It’s all been written in black and white for anyone doing the slightest bit of research!

Yeah. Just watched the interview again from May with TW and points to this being vastly undervalued. A market cap of 20 million is ridiculous- the microbiome sector is getting into people’s psyche with the Seres news. Should be at least treble this price on potential alone
