@stocksandstuff. I read the line in the rns slightly differently. The rns says "The Region of Lombardy has formally accepted both exploration permit applications,". This to me means they have taken receipt of the applications and haven't refused to give them consideration. I do not read it as they have granted anything. I guess that we can all read the same words but interpret them differently and likewise, the author can write certain words with a certain intention that others read as something different. This remains a constant battle between my wife an I in my house to the point where it is best not to say anything at all but just agree. !

If you happen to be unnecessarily concerned about static from the flow then just attach it to an earth rod or you could just hold the cable in your hand and make yourself useful. Anyhow, its well known that the rubber reacts with the sugar and it helps the doughnuts become more fluffy. You should know that.
