Mr Westgate. Just wondering what value you currently put on the company and how have you arrived at the figure. i.e. if they had to sell it next week, what would somebody pay for it and why?

Give me strength, there is no end to the conspiracies. no results = nothing to see. Who on earth is manipulating what exactly? come back in February once they have been able to analyse all the results and have the information that will inform the next round of drilling. If you can't be patient, consider an alternative investment. Horse racing maybe

Exactly what those with any sense have been saying for the past weeks. Personally I expected mid Dec back in the beginning of Oct but now it could easily be Jan next year. Should have shipped the cores out to Argentina.

Hey S7, long time etc. I bought into AXL a few years ago and could not understand why the SP and Mcap were not considerably higher. Every time there was good news about yet another well completed on time and into production, almost nothing happened. Other minnows would sell their mothers to get results like AXL have done constantly over the last 5 years or thereabouts , so I gave up with it. I appreciate that the depletion rate was higher than the average, but It's still a mystery as to why this is not somewhere near 80-100m, good luck with it.

@TR, It's what I have ben saying here for about 6 or 7 weeks but the thick heads ignore it as it doesnt suit their whingometers. The number of assys in the overall core is enormous if they cut them either 1m or 1.5m lengths there will be well over 100 samples compared to the average few metres or so being tested by other companies, and then after the results are available geologists and the company will have to analyse the results and establish wtf they mean in terms of geology and potential. They will also have register all of the hundreds of longitudinal cut sections with the Govt for approval. as you say RP and DL have no real control over any of this, they are not the people doing the work.

Morning Pensioner. So far, I think it is all pretty good news. Positive progress in all directions. Timing is slipping a bit but nothing to worry about really. I noticed that rig has bu77er all protection around it apart from a bit of a cage around the monkey board. Coffee pot will be doing a decent trade.

This was the classic 10minute spike that I mentioned yesterday, although it was just a mini spike to start with. -- I also agree with whoever mentioned to poor choice of the word 'sample'. Anyhow, happy to have added £5k yesterday, Rome wasnt built in a day as they say. Soon be Christmas

@blugrass, you are right about consolidation, I've held these for a few months, i was just saying about a 10minute spike on the basis of good news not having the effect it once would have. 10 minutes being metaphorically speaking as meaning short term until the next news. No reflection on SML, just how it seems to go in general.

Why the fuss about flares, they went out with Night Fever in the 70's !. There is a possibility that when there is no flare visible, they may not be a flare if they shut the well in for any reason such as pressure build up. It is probably not that likely as they would probably want to keep it flowing to get rid of the frac materials, but just saying it is possible and no need to panic.

Slowly slowly catchey money here. All good so far from what we know.

4-6 weeks clean up and hopefully news on what the well is doing at what choke etc. not far off now innit.

1.55 to buy, stock available, just bought £5k upcoming results should see a bit of a spike -- for 10minutes or so.
