Also, not getting hot under the collar. Even though all components of the PSA have been tested, pressure tested, certified and whatever, there is still the job of getting it to work with the gas quality being fed into it and to get the pressures right for adsorption and desorption, get the PLC working in conjunction with the saturation points, and of 3lB's compressor that has to provide clean dry, oil free compressed air at the right pressures for adsorption and desorption. We are talking about extracting tiny volumes of He by volume of gas at very high purity levels. Tweaking and head scratching to be expected. I have mentioned before, prob a year ago that its a great pity to let all that Nitrogen produced from the well escape. N2 is also a growing requirement for preservation of 'things' including food and has a multi billion dollar industry in N America. now as time goes on lets look at getting that 'waste' gas liquified to provide 2 revenue streams. - Will depend upon overall recoverable reserves and whether the whole thing is N2 based without hydrocarbons of note. Possibilities- pie in the sky - musing.
