Of course they will need money to explore. They only won't need it if they have a JV offer such as a free carry for 20 or 30% and the partner funds everything. Assays for H1 and H2 are actually about 11 weeks into it, not 4 months, so they are not as far behind what was hoped for as some folk are suggesting. Whether they decide to publish 1 hole results at a time is another matter, personally I would prefer the big picture but the may just announce as and when they come. SP on the rise again so just maybe there is something in there being some assay news coming.

2026 drilling plan? well,, until they have a full analysis of what they have/have not got they cant really finalise a plan so be prepared for anything up to around April for that.

IMV there isnt all that much to go wrong. The gas is available from the wells, the pipeline collection system is in place. I believe that the electricity is connected but if there's a problem there then they would just get a generator, and there there is the PSC system which has been refurbished, certified and tested. Anything wrong with the PSC system will only be a 'thing' that can be replaced or repaired, so nothing to worry about. Not yet proven is the reliability and the purity but that is down to the PSC that has in its past life been reliable and has provided a very high purity figure so it is capable of delivering the goods providing the thingamy is adjusted properly and the foo foo valve is venting as it should. Next week hopefully for a production update.

@Prof. There is a difference between those other examples and WSBN. They were in control of and responsible for the business development and identifying the customer need. WSBN is reliant upon what is in the ground, nobody can influence that other than poking holes in the right place or not. -Same as the rest of the mineral explorers.

It's not over yet though. Even if the hydrocarbon returns and /or flowback from the reservoir turn out to be less than optimal, there are further 'completion' activities that can be performed to enhance. The well needs to clean up carefully, get rid of the debris and any sand injected to leave the opened-up fractures free from obstruction. If it doesn't clean up well enough on its own they can chuck a bottle of bleach down the hole and acid wash under a low pressure squeeze to dissolve and get that sand out. There would be other tactics available to improve flow, connectivity etc depending upon what happens over this testing period. It's not over until it really is over, but that's just looking on the gloomy side. It could just clean up on its own and be ready to go straight into production once all infastructure is ready.

I'm still out, one might say chickened out, but that is really a personal matter having lost plenty on dead cert oil wells in the past. Keeping an eye on it though, maybe next week for a further interim, which is more likely if they have a material improvement over the word 'modest'.

The latest interview didnt inspire me after the howler rns. I felt as though they were saying the words but without conviction.
