The raise at lower prices was unfortunate but the warrant cash is helpful and imo Much better than a placing say in 3-4 months as the uncertainty of it will hold the shares back. Imo buy the dips as this is a false price - I will be adding

Thanks spud- I think the warrants have satisfied the demand from retail. Its a very bullish sign and We should all be happy as the funds from the warrants could well take us through until mid next year. I think we will see a big movement up very soon

Imo it is very bullish that the sp keeps marching on despite the warrants. I think a lot of shares sold are the warrants and this is servicing the demand and its still going up. And that is very bullish

People also need to understand that this project is predicted to have revenues in excess on £1.2 billion with funding envisaged to be at project level with equity probably from a major investor or consortium. It will provide all of Irelands gas storage and 25% of the uk gas storage and still had an mcap of 3 bags of quavers and a caramel magnum.

Have high hopes here too. For me getting in early is key. I think the continual rises even with flipped warrants is a fantastically bullish sign. I dont think many retail shares are supplying the demand. So imo this is still a bit of a false price. Can wash see 1p over next week or so. Gl pal

Thats revenue averaged. It will be less at first and more as more caverns are operational.
But with double the expected life of caverns it should be circa £2.5 billion over 40 years.

Was in at 0.27. Bought a few more so ave about 0.35 ish. So even if it pulls back a bit which I don’t think it will I’m not too bothered anyway. Getting in early is key- this is still early

Here are some calculations I have looked at based on information from infa.
20 year revenues are £1.2 billion so roughly £60 million per year. Then there are opex which is circa £10 million per year. What is left is debt repayment which would be £10 million per year (2/3 of the stated £308 million capex)
So it’s just the division of the equity from investors. I think to make the yield 15% then he stake would need to be 25-33% of the company for £200 million. That would mean a crazy high rerate so I think my 5-10p would be surpasssed.
I’ll post later a better breakdown after work

Great news today. I suspected there were some warrants being done. Likely all sold and have new homes now.
Its bringing more capital to the bottom line to pay for Corp costs. I suspect more good solid news on progress is coming. Think 0.8p will go today and then not that far to 1p.
Target 5-10p. I have some scenarios of how 5p will be reaches which I will post over the weekend. I think its not far away.

Personally have a target of between 5-10p.
If infa get to where I think they will then that is achievable imo.
