The subscription funds value kefi shares on multiples of this mcap. That’s only gone up with the gold price going up. 3-4p for me on this

Worth noting that the Gross funding requirements are $1.7 billion here. However 25% of that is equity which is $425 million. ORCP responsible for 12% which is $54 million or £41 million. Would seem completely plausible to say that back costs may cover the funding requirements. Ie ORCP may not need funding for the whole project as their portion has already been paid. Have to wait to see the audited back cost figures. Dyor

Miton have been selling which has forced the sp down. 2 weeks ago down to £30k. That’s it. Hence large spread and sp fall. And when out even less likely to get the vote. Rns due any time to say out. Then a good rise imo. Dyor
