I have lots of questions to ask the “experts” on here.
So what the point of getting rid of the BOD if history is repeating itself with discounted placings at lower prices to before?
And as longtermers keep saying the compounds don’t work. Why did they release the rns yesterday ?

Sorry. Not getting your point about history.
Didn’t shareholders get rid of the BOD to start a new journey? Why would they do that. They should have just let the company go bust then and let some run off with the valuable compounds.
If you don’t want a new start then why post?

Iceman- ok. Let’s use a 2.5 p placing.
6 million shares at 2.5p. £150k gross
And if you are saying that the shares go down to that price then the mcap of the company is £600k.
Of which £150k is cash.
Even if, and a big if the placing is that, you won’t be able to buy anywhere near that price.
You are valuing the assets at £450k including the aim listing

Won’t be lower than last placing imo.

Doubt people will be able to buy at placing price anyway. Also watch out for Tr1 increases.
A £400k placing imo would be flushed in a day so there may indeed be a drop but that does present an opportunity to average down. I held MOS recently and that was the same as here with their 0.08p placing. Look now. In fact the second tranche of their placing was admitted 2 days ago and the SP moved to 0.5p. So those in that are selling 6 x more.
Volume will be key.

Nice one right back. I too managed to get some decent profits after the rns so this has been a very good share for me from 3.7p entry.
Personally thought the placing would be mid/end May and we wouldn’t hear anything about it until then so genuinely thought we would see north of 30p. It was NT to buy pretty much all day when I tried. The shares reacted well to the Japanese tie in for a compound that some claimed was worthless. Actually could be a hidden gem. Certainly enough there for a major to pay all the costs to sample it.
Will await my next share purchase here. And actually the greater the deramping will result in a better buy price for me so people post what they want.

Webbs- you had a chance to sell 20 mins after the rns at 19p. That was your choice if you didn’t mate.
The company issued the RNS after releasing news on VAL301- the compound which I was told is worthless by everyone on here

Crystal - you are just picking numbers out of thin air. Very much doubt it. Even people on twitter who are bearish and short are saying the placing has already been pre sold and done.

So issue say 6 million at 8.5 to raise net £500k
Roughly 24 million shares circa £2 mill mcap with 1/4 of that cash.
As I said- folks look at the numbers- when released and see what they think is fair and base trades accordingly.

Heid- I didn’t look into the share issue allocation.
There won’t be an EGM.
If I got the share issue wrong that’s my bad- showing 12 million. But it’s just an example to play the numbers.

Pumpky- that was a joke and it was aimed at 2 trolls that hounded me for buying shares at 3.7p, as I posted earlier.

Webb’s- best news would be placing rns Monday. A lot of people think the placing has already been done. It would be prudent of Peter house to complete this ASAP. The rns was not specific in terms of “significant discount” however no idea how they can say that if they don’t know what the share price will be when they do it.
Makes me think all sorted. Possibly 8p Mark. Have to see. Plug the numbers if a £640k placing at 8p. That would be £1.6 mill mcap with 20 million shares in issue and £600k cash.
That values all the assets at £1 mill including the aim listing. You have to decide on the back of the new bod and news yesterday if you think that’s too cheap and act accordingly imo

I bought at 3.7 and said this would do 20p. I did 22p
It wasn’t my fault the company issued the afternoon rns. Maybe you should phone the company and tell them it is their fault for releasing the news about Val 301 with a global Japanese major that pushed the price up. And maybe the fault of the 3 tr1 holders buying over 10% of the company??
Anybody that got in when I did had every opportunity to slice and even 20 mins post rns you could still Sell at 19p. So all this blame game is ridiculous. It’s still circa 3x higher than a few weeks ago. Gla

Patman- it won’t be 1p. It will be more than the last one. Bear in mind that yesterday £1 million worth of stock changed hands on the 3x RNS.
People were more than happy paying 22p based on company value of £2.5 million.
If the placing is done an amount too low, you would never be able to buy down there. Anyone thinking placing at 3p and I’ll buy at 1p is deluded, as that values the company at less than cash.
What I want to see in the money last a good while and let them get on with their work. You can see already that things are getting done.
3 tr1 holders in. Val 301 collaboration with Japanese major, and new BoD. The cash raise was always doing to come at some point. We knew that.
