Lots of dishonesty here Mr Nation and a lot of posts do not make sense. Let me explain.
Rather than allow this To go bust, the SAG voted to get rid of the BOD. Good. This allowed the company to continue with its aim listing.
They did a placing at 3.5p as they needed cash. No surprise there. They also stated they would need cash in the near future- but didn’t state when. So well all knew that at some point a placing would come. I personally though it would be mid, end may. Now this is the odd thing. It is better to have the share price as high as possible to prevent unnecessary dilution. But long termers did not want anyone buying the shares which is contradictory. Surely if you held shares you would want the new BOD to get on with their job and go with the fresh start. I’m not sure how much clearer this can be.
The reason for the rise in SP was of course the tr1 buyers and tight float, then the Val 301 news. It isn’t down to bulletin board rampers. That is Complete horse ****. I’m not sure why the rns was released Friday. They should have just let the sp do it’s own thing. So lots of very contradictory posts here. The SAG should just have let this company go bust then if they didn’t want anyone to buy shares and didn’t want any more placings. Key here will be placings up he curve . If that’s happens then we all make money. It was suggested here that the next placing will be 2.5p. If that happens then it’s another egm in 1 month and same again isn’t it. So that makes no sense at all. Every star of aim of last few years has done placings- GGP, solg, marl etc but they have always been at higher prices than the previous to give progression. Let’s see
