Both acknowledge the challenge of opaque CCP dynamics.

Under 'Network' it tells us that it shares an address with ORF-Partners GmbH, the above 3 are 'MD', Witte as Chair, alongside two Francescos (Filia and Vaccari) also MD...both directors of Fasanara Holding Ltd London (so OWI/RECORD/FASANARA ?).

Fasanara appears to be a credible FinTech lender, with USD$ 4 Bn+ under management.

Along with others, some of whom also post here, I'm 'awaiting events' at ZIOC...and specifically asked 99icecream (on that board) for any possible read-across (there) re what's going on here. He was kind enough to reply
