So at 6pm it was either the webinar or my beloved Leeds v Newcastle. The footy won and so did we 2-1 : )
I've been reading up on all your comments since 18.15 and am so happy it went well. I will be cutting my losses on some investments and getting them in here at 8am tomorrow. So I will have more in this, Thor, N4P and Vela. Not a bad collection if I do say so myself. : )

Jimmy - The scheme needs claimants and a judges approval. Amigo will work with the FCA up until the final submission. The way you talk you are saying the FCA is out to sink Amigo by saying no to everything Amigo is working towards. In the mean time the unemployment figs grow bigger and the cry for sub prime lending grows louder. High st banks aren't going to help the 12m people who need credit and who have a bad rating. Even the FCA has a boss fella - it will do as it's told!!!!

Yesterday's RNS has been requested for a long time from investors. So we got what we asked for - clarity. Now we know what we are dealing with. There is light at the end of the tunnel. There are more buys than sells again today and yet the share price is down again today. There is no logic to AIM share prices so LTHs don't read too much in to it . It's annoying for traders but sit tight and as Seamus says, we will know where we are by the end of April.
The BoD have laid their cards on the table and put out the plan. It's logical and well thought through by directors with the experience and knowledge to act in the best interests of absolutely everyone involved in this story.
Be patient and remember, if you want safe then pootle around on the FTSE 100 - if you want mega bucks or bust then welcome to the pleasure dome - Ha Ha Ha!!!!!!!

I'm still holding as I believe pence in the pound is better than nothing in the pound.
Only one person has been negative - I have it on good authority that Hillman thinks this is a dog of a share and is out - so that seems a good reason to stay in - Ha Ha Ha!!!!!
No one I chat to is leaving totally and I expect after everyone has slept on it we will see this pootle around between 7s and 9s until end April. Then it will be just like the JB takeover days all over again : )

Bora - I don't thing the vibes of the RNS were negative - they certainly took a shot over the bows of the CMCs and FCA though. The RNS was factual and the ball is in their court.

Buster - I hope you don't bust your gonads : ) - I'm holding as well. I hope logic prevails in that it is better to receive pence i nthe pounds than nothing in the pound.

Schalf - the kind of people that borrowed from Amigo are the kind of people that will want free money rather than no money. CMCs will get a percentage of that if claimants are dumb enough to use them and as I said before, CMCs will want free money rather than no money.
