What i can't get my head around is that Darby aka (his wife) bought 377000 +shares @39.5 in August i thought he must know something we don't, now i'm not so sure.

I'm really fearful now about results next week, there seems no end to the gloom we endure as investors in this **** of a share, i need 50p to break even, don't see it happening. Darby needs to go now his cheating and lying have done so much to destroy investors value.

Not only a 65p offer turned down but we were told the company was undervalued the reason given for the rejected offer, There has to be a reason for this drop other than a few more sold than bought. Darby must at least feel the noose tightening.

Shipping times do matter over those distances all products are Stamped best before, the lead times on fresh made cakes is very short. Nice rise today hope it can be sustained.

Why would Nissin invest capitol into PFD if they only wanted them to make the product, they don,t need to become shareholders for that agreement. oldtimer if the lead times are short on some product ie-{ Mr kipling mince pies} they have to fly them over its the only way, we wont get our Mr Kipling product until middle of Nov due to the short lead, time all our other xmas food.chocs, etc came over 3 weeks ago by boat. gla.

oldtimer/dogger I think most on here have the same feelings of deja vu with thoughts of topping up but are nervous investing more into this lame duck. If this week ends on a positive then i will feel more confident of some good news about the half year results. As you say GD would'nt let his Mr's invest without any prior. I hope. Here's hoping.
