nothing to move the sp upwards. Darby should go now he serves no
purpose as a lame duck ceo.

With Oasis threatening to oust Darby in July the sp rose
to 46.85p, dropped off its high when they did,nt get his head
now he's out the door, ... well almost. Oasis getting the result
they wanted sp showing no signs of rising maybe it's me i just
don't get this share.been in it a long time and far to deep to get
out until we can get to 52p
No word of a replacement from bod.
No input from Oasis.
No update of interested buyers of any part or whole of PFD.
No info re xmas sales.

Yes, it seems strange that they should jump ship now having gotten
the one obstacle they wanted out of the way namely Darby,
they gave us all the impression that they could influence changes for
the benefit of the shareholders. 2re like you I think Nissin May turn out
to be more the problem than the solution. I hope to see some offers before

looking over his shoulder I'm hopeful Oasis will soon up

Oasis may be licking their wounds,they are biding their time for
a second shot at Darbys head in 9 months time if he does'nt
improve the sp which must start happening after this Q1, Oasis
will be better prepared next agm if not sooner. There is no chance
a bid from Nissin they just wanted PFD as a vehicle to enter the

Those shareholders that voted for Darby at the agm must be
feeling very pleased with their decision, seeing their investment
falling back daily wont be truly happy until they get back below 40p.

Oasis must pick up the baton again soon,the 41% voice will start
growing. This share mus'nt be allowed to retreat back to the 30's

out of my head. On the same subject darby,s head, my shares
are caught up in this Beaufort Assets administration so i have
no control in them until they are released back to me, i asked
PwC the administrators to send a proxy vote on my behalf to
the agm. The greedy bast-rds wanted 500 pounds to submit
the vote, needles to say i did,nt vote.

Darby must be feeling like a football manager votes of confidence this week from the bod

weaken his position as ceo hopefully to the benefit of us, he
can only hold on long term now with an improved performance
and sp movement, would'nt be surprised to see a upbeat
trading statement shortly as a morale booster.
