I thought I’d just do a quick calculation.
When the Lanstead deal was announced and was lauded by some (Dr M) the headline figs were that the company was raising £2,942,500 or £122,604.17 each month @0.55p (25% disc to benchmark of 0.7333p)
At the current SP they will be receiving £31,765 per month. A £90k per month shortfall!!!!

No real surprise as they have form in this area given that the phone no. On the Virosynth website didn’t work for 18 months!!!
Now they have had 2 at least a year. to sort this website out. Basically there were 2 real requirements….a product to sell, and a way of paying for said product. Doh!!!!
This really is the company that keeps on giving. Hilarious!!

If you trade technicals why do you trade AIM stocks? Why not trade the blue-chip stocks or indices that trade on technicals?
Why trade in markets where few investors base trades on TA?

As you probably well-know PW for every sell there has to be an equivalent purchase. Volume alone cannot move the SP. It’s volume and price that does.
I’ve wondered for a while why Lanstead have not pushed the SP lower. After all it turns out they do gain from a falling SP! My mantra was always, take it to a level where it trades.

Yeah after all what do the big holders Oval X and Lanstead know?
