I substantially agree with your assessment. The only RNS I do find of real concern though dates back to 30th June 2022 where Duffers said:

The Group also announced a strategic review and has emerged in a stronger position than this time last year with a healthy balance sheet, a clear and achievable business strategy and a new team positioned to deliver against the Group's strategic goals.

Cash as at 31st December 2021 was £3.8m, and at the date of this report, the Group had net cash of £1.8m which is considered to be more than sufficient to cover the expected working capital requirements of the Group for at least the next twelve months.

9 months later and after not one but two capital raises later they have 7 weeks money left. They also said in a more recent RNS that they had addressed the burn rate.

But Lanstead in theory have heaps of stock and could effectively smash the stock down if they so chose to do so.

Lanstead will have a level in mind where they will be happy to short. And you’re right they may deem below 0.10 too low. But they will likely sell any bounce so any upside is limited. Hence why I can’t understand where there is any level from a technical or fundamental perspective you would buy stock.

Also Trisor if I were Lanstead, and fancied a near-safe bet, I’d be dumping and getting effectively short.

Castle I didn’t say I was happy for the SP to go to zero. I just predicted it would go to zero. I’d have bought this stock if I thought otherwise. And I’m sorry for other investors who have lost out. I truly am.

But on a personal note, I’m glad you think I’m UG, I’m glad you think that this is some sort of effort on my part to buy stock lower, and I’m glad that you think that there are still legs in NNN. Maybe you should double-up on Monday and halve your average price. That would just make my day.

Absolutely insolvency Trisor. Remember now both Lanstead and Oval X have said no to further funding. And also anybody else they may have approached thus far have also said no. This company burns £200-£250k a month every month. And they have 7 weeks money left so around £400-500k left. The mkt cap is now £2.5m and as I said before if they sold half the company at a 25% discount they would raise £900k A capital raise is next to impossible but also pointless

It’s not manipulation. The selling was a result of continuing disappointment. In fact the website updates simply highlighted how little or indeed nothing was actually going on at NNN despite what Duffers led you to believe.

Also market-makers if they had any sense at all would have tried to be short this stock. And a lot of volume would have been mkt-maker to mkt-maker. I’m not sure anybody would really want to be long this for a punt next week?
