That’s just human nature PI. And so easy to be carried along by the crowd when you are all talking the same game. The key is to be tough enough to stand back and be an individual

And I’ve looked at it from both angles because, believe-it-or-not, I would have bought this stock if it felt right to.
And we are both looking at exactly the same info at the same time.
I have highlighted where I think that Duffers strayed and where I think his comments were misleading/untruthful but overall it was just words without commitment, talk without substance.

Fair comment Trisor but you really never seemed to ever look at the RNS swith anything other than a bullish bias. And that’s down to you.

Yes true Trisor.
But you did ask what is the upside for Lanstead?
Lanstead could sell everything now and trouser £300k if they decided to take on the small amount of risk attached…. ie that NNN survive.
But more importantly they do benefit from a rising share price if they chose to hold on. For the reasons I posted earlier. And the fact that they have said no to further funding tell you all you should need to know.
But hey I did tell you this in Jan too…..

Lanstead still have access to around 350-400m shares at a 25% discount. If the stock went to 1p Lanstead would be buying stock at 0.75p. That’s why Trisor

How do I know that said no?
You can’t just stuff a company with shares via a capital raise and then go do another capital raise a few months later without going back to the initial company you raised money through first. FACT

And Lanstead said no. Twice. And they potentially have heaps to gain with a rising SP.
It all over rover . I am happy to advise to sell even at these levels

And the last RNS said they have enough money for 7 weeks. 7 WEEKS! It’s there in black and white.
And Duffers has been trying to raise money since Dec and managed to get just £400k in Jan when the SP was x3 what it is now.
I would argue that looking through rose-tinted glasses even now may actually be encouraging people not to sell. This company is worthless and currently still has £2m market cap

Over the websites and RNSs he talks about partners. Not potential partners but partners. When there were clearly none. Except maybe the up-til-now nameless wellness company

My point Trisor is that you seem to think they have various offers of funding on the table and they just need to choose which one which is of course nonsense.
Potential is the key word. It’s just more management bull from Duffers. They have no firm offers of funding and there will be none going forward either

And certainly not a whole bunch of funding options as you have just stated Trisor.
This is the perfect example of information being misconstrued and then exaggerated
