Or indeed evaluate. Evaluate simply means assess. So if I were evaluating a number of funding options it would simply mean that I am just looking for what mortgages/other products are out there and available to me

There might be a huge difference in meaning to you Trisor but that’s not important. What’s important is not what’s true, it’s what Duffers would rather have you believe whilst being ambiguous.
Still you believed him re masks, then filters, then growth by acquisition and then when he said that the finances were solid and would fund operations for more than a year. And they were specifics. Promises that we’re all broken. Statements that were untruths.

I can assure you that the company is in absolute dire straits.

So, given those indisputable facts, I would argue that the company is in a significantly worse position than they were at the last placing.

Further funding is not possible. Duffers would have done as much size-wise as he possibly could in Jan. And to scrape the barrel with Oval X shows just how difficult it was. And any further raise would in any case be done at a significant discount to the current SP. So it’s over, and is going to zero
