I take your points re Cave. Actually these things happened before I started looking at the stock so I will bow to your greater knowledge of the company during those times.
However Duffers has been in charge for 18 months and as CEO has to bear the vast majority of the responsibility for the performance of the company during his tenure.
His hires, his strategy, his leadership his failures.
His performance has been dire and that is reflected in the performance of the company.

No, this is all down to Duffers IMO. A terrible hire who made multiple terrible hires.
He “renegotiated” his options because he was working so hard! But actually the business was for sale and fell through. I guess the buyer looked at the sales and the burn-rate.
Then he had to try make something of the mess that was left hence his hastily created (possibly copied) Xmas wish-list.

You’re probably right UG re the capex comment, at least that’s what I was thinking. It’s so cynical and designed to mislead and deceive. But also, taken in context with the main body of the RNS, a totally amateurish attempt!

The VAT refund you mention is already included in the
funds until June calculation. Why do you think they felt the need to mention capex in the RNS?
I think Duffers is simply a rabbit in the headlights.
I don’t think he has a clue what to do.
But by keeping the business open, with no hope of ever trading, then he is opening himself up to potential claims later on. As you pointed out previously he has fiduciary responsibilities as a director and CEO to protect investors and not just his salary.
I personally think it could be over as soon as the end this week

Cutting overheads means culling staff.
I’m sure the senior staff would have notice periods of at least one month. Would redundancies be RNSd? I’m assuming NNN would want the market to know they were getting serious about cutting costs. But nothing. Nothing at all.

Another £250k gone in April and another £34.5k torched this month already!
