I think you know my view on Duffers. He had zero credibility with me from the first set of interviews. He’s a tool. But how he has got away with hiring so many and achieving zero in revenues over 18 months is beyond belief. Is it against the law what he has done? Probably not. Should it be? Definitely

It’s just a question of the magnitude of the discount.
Everything has a price. I’d have taken on the Oval X deal at the time at that sort of discount but presumably now the discount should increase. And of course it also depends on the size of the raise. Nobody knows.

What price the next fund raise?
If the Lanstead deal was bad, Oval X was bad how bad will the next one be? I w can only speculate but Duffers seemingly holds no cards. Well he has a hand but it’s a 9-high and he can only bluff. Yet again…..

The moment he re-wrote his own option plan was the tipping point for me. It removed any need for SP performance over any period of time. And with an 1p strike price it simply told anybody with a brain that the company was for sale for a little over 1p per share and that he had given up on actually trying to make things work. But 1p means this shambles of a company would be worth around £25m!!

By my reckoning the stock has been offered most of the day everyday at 0.22.
MMs will be long and wrong, that’s what happens in falling markets.
And they just widen the spread at the end of the day and print a high print so the mark-to-market looks good. Tut-tut, it’s not allowed but commonplace

Is a successful meeting simply meeting successfully in Duffer’s parlance??

In my opinion his words are always designed to mislead and to create a false sense of optimism in the business going forward. It’s to keep the lights on so he can get handsomely rewarded each month.

Duffers just can’t help himself when he speaks can he? Why doesn’t he just come clean? I’ve just been going through previous RNSs.
Perfect case in point was his RNS of 1st June 2022, the
one where he decided NNN were pulling out of the mask business ( the reason 99% of punters are in this stock). After explaining the reasons for pulling out of the mask business he the said this…
However, our existing work with Volz has identified significant new areas in which to apply our technology and has created numerous opportunities in a number of attractive market segments. We intend to exploit these as we continue to enhance our capability in the area of nanoparticle formulation and the production of consistent, accurate nanoparticle size and morphology."
Yeah right Duffers.

Amazing that Duffers will manage to eke out another year in charge before the inevitable happens. It’s going to zero, not long to wait now…,
