Let’s be honest there are no contracts about to be signed. Ethernity and DL are not credible partners.

Gone are the days when DL could just spin a yarn, raise a couple of million and plod along for 6 months until the next capital raise.

15 bn shs at 0.003p raises £400k. It’s just not enough.

They already owe at least that IMO.

How can they continue to trade?

We know they had no money 6 months ago.

They have signed no new contracts and have no repeat business from previous contracts.

They have a very small income from royalties and not mush else as far as I can see.

And costs remain high.

Even if they have slashed costs in half they will still be spending £100k per month to keep the trough, sorry doors, open.

So they must underwater despite the recent £350k raise.

So what’s another £400k going to do. Maybe one more paycheque for DL?

The future is predetermined in the sense that they need money immediately to continue to ‘operate as a going concern’. The only option to raise is by diluting existing shareholders substantially, yet again. No other option unless DL sticks his his own hand in his pocket. But he has deep pockets and short arms and refuses to use his own money. Extraordinary really, unless of course he actually doesn’t believe his own word salad. Then it makes total sense
