There are substantial fees to be earned for these type of corporate actions so a broker or market maker may choose to create volume, even at a small loss, to give the impression that something is happening and to encourage buyers into the market. It is an accepted practice. It’s a manual version of what the algos do in big board stocks

When a company raises £130k in Dec 14 and just £88k in March 25 that tells you all you needed to know about the perilous financial position the company at that time. No new business since except another raise in May 25 of £718k. They have since reclassified the shs to NPV and have 15bn shs headroom and did that further raise in Dec. The company should still be losing around £200k per month and have no reparations business from the aerospace contract they paid them most of their revenues in H2 2025.
