If Volz have global sales of just $60m, I presume they are working at or near to full capacity to generate those sales.

I think you need to read the most recent RNS where the terms were changed. There are are now no condition’s whatsoever as to when Duffers can exercise his warrants

The company might have no debt at the moment but.....
a. It has no earnings
b. It has a fat-cat wage bill
c. It is apparently about to make an acquisition (according to UG)

That should take care of the cash on deposit within no time
