Absolutely correct. So the chances are he won't be getting a bonus any time soon. Yay. He doesn't deserve one. Not great for LTHs though. If he had a target for an SA (which I'm sure he must have although who knows??) things would have looked a lot rosier/easier when the SP was 100% higher than it is now

And re the JV... I rather think Volz hold all the cards

Well that may be so but to fund an SA that will incrementally add £10m to the mkt cap means a capital raising. Or maybe just small acquisitions over a longer period. Anyway, good luck

Volz have agreed to change their lines and 50% of the funding (Virosynths half) is half a million quids worth of NNN warrants at 1p. I believe they were at around a 20% premium to the mkt price when the agreement was made. Now they are at 100% premium. If I was Volz then now I absolutely would not proceed on that basis. So they can either wait (to see where the SP goes) or renegotiate the terms. Nothing, since the original agreement in principle was made, leads me to think that any work has started on the production lines. I mean why the hell would they?

And as for the potential I would refer you to UGs post of earlier, particularly with regard to the dates and how long NNN/ Pharm 2 Farm? Volz have been talking. Re potential : Eventually there has to be a tipping point , it either becomes a reality or another coulda/woulda/shoulda

Believe it or not I have probably looked at this company in greater detail than most stocks I own!! I've never invested in an AIM company before and usually just rely on analyst reports and TA for my investments. I have always looked at this stock with a view going long but there is nothing other than a finger-in-the-air punt that I can rationalise to make me do so. Could I be wrong? Absolutely. Am I missing something? Feck knows they never tell us!! But I think they would, if there was something, anything to say.

The company does a good-enough job of rubbishing itself. What I say has no effect on the share price. I was here to help give the other side to the mindless ramping that used to occur....Kainos, Dr M, Sharkie, Shareabel....I remember the rockets and the outrageous SP targets. Now I'm just interested to see how this plays out.
BTW I think I might have been the first to highlight how incredibly negative it was that Duffers had outrageously renegotiated his remuneration package. Anyway, with investor confidence at an all-time low it's now up to the bod to pull a rabbit out of the hat re an SA. Personally, I think it's unlikely with the share price where it is. Quite how an acquisition will add £10mm to the mkt cap with the company having only £2-3m in the bank I've no idea. It seems to me they will need to raise capital. Hence why there has been a seller. So with that in mind any positive news re sales, potential contracts, updates re the JV would have been put in an RNS. Anything at all. But there has been nothing, nothing at all. And that's a bit worrying.

How does scaremongering create a 10% profit. I mean unless you are short of course. But as far as I'm aware there is zero short-interest in this stock and zero facility that I know of to be able to go short

Also , for the record, there has been no confirmation whatsoever that Volz has started or is in the process of converting it’s machines

If there are not many suppliers of HVAC filters as you say, then why do you think the global sales of Volz are only a relatively tiny $60m? I’m assuming they are currently working at full or near-full capacity so either do not want to or cannot expand capacity

Neither has Volz website been updated. My guess , nothing happening. They were spun a story by Duffers when the stock was trading at a penny. Now it’s half that. Helps explain the silence and lack of updates.

If there were any sales at all this scam of a company would be screaming from the rooftops and no doubt over-egging future sales projections. Picking me up on a wrong date is rather missing the whole point my friend. No sales still means no sales

Not a single “sales” update since Duffers joined. No sales, no revenues, no profits… usually = no business
