1. it may represent 50% above the share price earlier this year but many holders did not buy then they bought at a much higher price...some will have averaged down....but lots didn't

2. will we all have a say on the offer? At least one group have publically opposed the offer, so how certain is the 75% threshold going to be

Truth is, those of us invested for a long enough time know why they are after pro-russian zhevago's shares, know all about his corruption and generally will be glad to see the back of him because of the uncertainty caused by legal challenges dragging FXPO and its subsidiaries into court....so thats my justification why I think the move will be good eventually for FXPO holders.....

'going concern' has a very specific meaning in accounting terms....to suggest that FXPO have issued a 'going concern statement' is complete bs and a blatant attempt to manipulate peoples thinking.....

FXPO are very much in the black and there is no question of them having the resources to continue trading regardless of the ongoing legal challenge......
